    It felt like they were not quite ready for renters - there were issues we communicated with the main office and they passed them along to local team, the good thing is they did respond and fixed things like leaking toilet and wobbly ceiling fan, and need for more hangers and toilet paper.The outside areas could be hosed down and chairs cleaned before someone comes. There were white specs on the carpeting upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is perfect, close to beach and grocery store and many restaurants. We did not need to rent a car.

    The proximity to the beach was awesome! Being able to walk back to the house and get into that small dipping pool was also wonderful. The house stayed nice and cool, and had plenty of bedrooms for Family. The house was a little rundown on the inside with water leaks, Little bit of a funky smell, and peeling paint. Which is why I gave it four stars instead of five. But overall it was a good stay, and we felt safe in the neighborhood.
