Stayed Jun 2, 2023This property was deep in a neighborhood, which has a school and plenty of street lights. There are neighbors with barking dogs and bright flood lights that can be obnoxious at night so the blackout curtains were a necessity. The back yard area was my favorite part- secluded with a nice yard area and sitting space. The only negatives were that the place smelt like it was newly renovated (chemical/fumes) and the windows don’t open or didn’t have screens (including the back door) so I couldn’t air it out. Also the bedrooms got a bit hot at night because a lack of air circulation (AC was on). A few fans and all of these problems could be fixed. Overall a nice, new place to stay.
