Stayed Sep 4, 2025Very comfortable home. Lots of pots and pans, plates, etc. Everything was very organized and easy to find. The ping pong table was a nice touch. We completed a 1000 pc puzzle in one night. Relatives who visited us stayed at other homes, and they said ours was much better than theirs. A very lovely home to stay in.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024Great location and great home. My wife and two boys (9 and 12) have been spending a week in the Hamptons on and off for almost 10 years. We have had a great vacation or two with a place near Shinnecock Hills and a not as great vacation in a place nearer to Southampton. We decided to try East Hampton/Springs for the first time and we cannot say enough good things. Great house, great location. We got to try out paddleboarding on Three Mile Harbor as well as a fire on Sammy's Beach with smores with the kids. Plus everything at the home was great. Highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 2021Peter's home is a nice respite from the city - clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, with a beautiful deck & yard as well. We enjoyed walking to the nearby harbor and frequently went into town. We plan to be back!
