Contemporary Family Friendly Home Near Beach Meets Every Need

This was the perfect place to stay with family as we came here for a family reunion. It’s large enough to host a group of people with different gathering areas in the yard and home. It’s also close enough to walk to the water and town Market that has amazing fresh bread.

Beautiful home in an idyllic community full of friendly people. Easy walk to the market, to the beach, or to neighborhoods full of luxurious homes. Owners house and grounds were immaculate and every need was provided for. We hated to leave!

We loved every moment? Matt and Monique are extremely responsive. We had a brief problem with the water temp and pressure. Matt responded immediately and it was fixed in no time. Our family enjoyed this spacious and well-appointed home very much. The gourmet kitchen was a dream, we cooked several large meals and had everything we needed. The yard was cozy and very welcoming. Great place- very creative gardens, private, comfortable bed and nice layout of house! Kitchen is great! We are very familiar with the area as we were back from out if State but have been Maine residents our entire lives.

Very cute and comfortable home. Great location - easy drive to Portland. Kitchen was well equipped and workout space was a great bonus. We found ourselves chatting and relaxing in the home as much as we did exploring the area.

Pristine condition, spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed. In addition to the 3 BRs it has a lovely study and nicely furnished lower level that we used for remote work. The home gym is also a great bonus. Beautiful outdoor space for entertaining with gorgeous plantings and comfortable outdoor seating. Perfect location within walking distance to the beach and Town Landing market.

Our family had a wonderful experience at this property. Pictures don't do justice to how nice the house is. The fully loaded kitchen had everything we could need. The beds were comfortable, the setting was quiet. Our dog made himself at home in the fantastic yard and we all loved our morning walks to the water's edge. Plenty of friendly dogs and neighbors greeted us along the way. And finally, the location was perfect. Close to Portland, beaches, and shopping but far enough from the hubbub of the real world to truly relax.
