Contemporary, Cozy, & Convenient in Old Town Alexandria

One of the best properties I've rented. Owner put a lot of thought into ensuring the house was well stocked with everything you need to feel at home.

4 day stay for a family of 4, one being a teenager. Whole home was clean, spacious and very homey. Fireplace was a life saver for the cold mornings. We didn’t utilize the kitchen much BUT this home is ideal for a dream home away from home stay. Parking was limited on Friday BUT accessible the remainder of the stay. Good food options and metro all within walking distance. Will stay again if we are in the area.

Peter was kind to me and always responsive to all my questions and doubts that I had. This was our first time in Alexandria/D.C. area and helped to explain the rules of the signs (Huge thanks).Our little dog (Yoshi) loved it and ran everywhere. The house was pack with all the basic needs and that was more than enough as we brought everything else. We talked about coming again this next summer and definitely will consider this house and Peter as a first choice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is so convenient, you can walk everywhere and leave your car in the driveway. The accommodations were clean, modern, and pet friendly for our dog. Even though we didn’t get time to use the hot tub, the patio was so relaxing. The fireplace in the living room was perfect for chilly mornings. Also, our host’s communication was always prompt and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Alexandria!

Convenient location with an easy walk to lots of great restaurants. We did not have any pets with us but it was clear that this is pet-friendly property.

This was a beautiful VRBO! It’s in a great location and has so many thoughtful touches (including welcome cookies)! Parking is a bit tricky in the winter with snow, but any other time of the year would have been fine. Thanks!

Hosts are very responsive and kind. Welcome gift was wonderful. All the amenities of a 5 star hotel with the comforts of home. Hosts go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable, and I hope to stay here again in the future. Our fur babies were also welcomed with open arms and thought of. Couldn’t have had a better stay! Home is also immaculate!

The host was very communicative, provided a great deal of relevant information beforehand, and had a lot of nice amenities in the home. He also seemed very nice.

The stay was amazing. The host did a great job! The house is beyond great. We had a great time. We will be back! Soaking in the hot tub as it snowed at night was a lifetime memory. The area is great with lots to do. The big casino is right across the bridge. And parking was good.

When in Alexandria, look no further - this is the place to stay! Both the host & the place were excellent - From prompt, courteous responses to a beautiful and comfortable place to stay! All were simply wonderful! And the Hot Tub was icing on the cake!

So happy we selected this home for our Old Town Alexandria stay. The home was very clean, nicely furnished and really enjoyed the fireplace. TV’s had all kinds of Apps loaded and Direct TV so finding college and NFL games was easy. Hot tub was used each day and the backyard has Edison lights always keeping yard well lit. We brought our two small dogs and they loved looking out the windows watching all the pet owners walking by with their dogs. Large kitchen area was very well stocked with coffee and owner had local bakery cookies out for our arrival. Son got engaged on the trip and owner was extremely accommodating and had bottle of champagne for the big event! The location is ideal for walking down to King Street shops and restaurants. Easy to drive into DC as well. I’ll definitely look at staying here again when we are in town visiting. You won’t have any regrets staying here.

Perfect location for walking to Old Town Arlington and house was great for young children and adults. Peter was very accommodating and informative. Pack-n-play was very helpfu! Prosecco chilled and waiting with warm cookies was delightful. Definitely would return!!! Thank you

Loved the house and area it was in. Close to everything we wanted to do.Peter the host was very easy to contact . It was only 2 of us so only used master bedroom but the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Place was exactly how it was described.Very clean and packed with everything. Peter was very easy to communicate and provided me with every guide to make my stay much better.

AMAZING!! Peter is the BEST HOST we have ever encountered in our years of staying in vacation rentals. From the ease of booking, to his generosity of home made cookies from a local Old Town Bakery, chilled on ice bubbly, ice cold sodas, Gatorade, yogurt and so much more !! We accidentally locked ourselves out and Peter responded in minutes to get us back inside. This beautiful home is short of gorgeous, with all of the upgrades you’d expect in a newly constructed home!! The kitchen is to live for, the bedrooms are splendid and comfortable, the backyard is private, relaxing and so very well thought out!! We will stay here again, it literally felt like our home away from home!! Thank you again so much Peter!!

Amazing property and the host goes above and beyond

Lovely property. The host was very welcoming and did a wonderful job with communication. The property has a great kitchen and a beautiful fireplace. We didn't get into the hot tub sadly but also found it very dog-friendly. Would certainly recommend.

I would highly recommend this home in Old Town Alexandria. It's clean and like new! They've thought of all the little extras to make your stay comfortable. We'll definitely be back!
