A hone away from home.. loved the outdoor fires in the evening, the BBQ breakfasts, the strolls down the beach and morning coffees at the silver bullet van. Highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to come back.

It was walking distance to the beach, had a lovely wood fire for cool nights and plenty of bedrooms and space for a large family or group with 3 bathrooms. The cupboards were stocked with all of the utensils, pots and pans require to self cater with an added bonus of fresh eggs everyday from the chickens. Thank you for a superb down south staycay 😊

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location nice and quiet streets and 5 mins walk to the beach. Everything we needed for our stay was in the house however it would have been nice to have more than just a starter pack for dishwashing tablets and toilet paper especially for such a large house. We had to go to the supermarket just for these items. Downstairs had such a nice open feel and lovely furniture and decor. Only complaint would be the linen was just like hospital sheets. I understand a laundry service would be used for such a property but for the price, nice linen and towels would have been appreciated and would make a big difference to a comfortable stay. Even my young daughter didn't like her sheets! Great kitchen and large dining table for groups. Outdoor area would be lovely in nice weather and the chickens and eggs were an added bonus and fun for the kids.

The house suited our family well, the chickens were a lovely surprise and a highlight was collecting their eggs! The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor bbq was great too.

Points for improvement: supply enough dishwashing tablets and firewood for the duration of the stay (especially in winter!). Ensure rental management company returns deposit within 1 day of vacating, ours took greater than 7 days to be returned which is unacceptable with instant transfers now the norm with all banks.

We were a group of friends in town for the Margaret River Marathon. The house was perfect with plenty of space for all of us, and several living areas to relax and unwind, or work remotely. The kitchen is well equipped, and the fresh eggs from the chickens each morning a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the fire pit outside one evening. A lovely house, well maintained and furnished. The walk into town was about 10-15mins along the seaside. Would recommend staying.

Opening the lower floor doors creates a wonderful entertainment area through to the deck, as well as cool airflow even in height of summer. An air con is available but not necessary. The location is only 2 mins walk to the beach, and plenty of walkways around including in to Dunsborough town. Plenty of car parking with a garage and large driveway, and only 12 mins from Eagle Beach
