Stayed Aug 28, 2025We docked our boat at Flynn's for the weekend and this home fit the bill perfectly as it was on the same street midpoint from bayside to beachside. House was clean, with an airy open living, kitchen dining area perfect for gathering. Kitchen stocked with essentials, plenty of beach towels, and chairs. Would rent again for sure.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Fire Island is ideal for a family beach trip and this location was perfect. We could easily walk to all we needed to get to. The property was clean and offered enough space for everyone to fit comfortably. The owner of the property communicated frequently to check in and make sure all was going smoothly. Overall, had a wonderful time!

Stayed Jul 31, 2023The home was convenient to access and laid out in a way that worked well for our group of 6 adults and a few children. There is a small deck space, and no yard space but a good amount of living room space. Being 5 houses from the pantry and down the block from the hotel and beach was perfect for us.

Mike was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever we had any questions. We had a great stay! Totally recommend it.
