Contemporary Beach Getaway with Expansive Views

This is a beautiful home, just like the photos! It was very clean, spacious, well-equipped, and has wonderful amenities. The host was very responsive and attentive. I highly recommend it!

This is a Fantastic home! It was a perfect location for our family! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker etc! The home is clean and well maintained, the pictures don’t do it justice! Jayne communicated well and was quick to respond!And just steps away from the beach.

Kitchen setup and dining table great for sharing meals and doing a puzzle with an astonishingly expansive beachfront view. We each had a great time and want to come back soon.

Wow! What a wonderful Family Reunion-Vacation! The beach house was absolutely stunning and our property manager, Jayne was so accommodating. We couldn’t decide which was our favorite room, the suite upstairs or the main floor with the living room and kitchen. The view of the beach was breathtaking. Thank you Jayne for your hospitality. As my 40 year old son said, this was a dream vacation!

Location was perfect. Close to everything. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Host was responsive to all inquiries. We would happily stay there again.

We were attending a family wedding. Jayne is an incredible host and her home is not only beautiful and functional, it is in a perfect location and well stocked with thoughtful amenities—beach toys and even birthday candles!We’re all looking forward to returning for a much longer stay at this wonderful property and home.

Beautiful house and so much space! The location was perfect for families. Right by the park, beach and playground. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would go back.

We LOVE this house!! The location is the best. We took advantage of the park and the beach. It’s great that the house is big enough to accommodate so many family members.

Perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding with family. The upstairs worked out perfect for the bride and attendents to get ready in and we were able to get some lovely pictures while there. We had a couple of days to relax and just enjoy being in CA. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating for us. Our daughters venue was double booked (found out 30 hours before the wedding) and having this house so close to the beach was a lifesaver.

Incredibly clean, beautiful views, amazing hosts! Can't beat this house! Book it. You wont forget it. We will be returning.

You cannot find a better home in Ventura. There is a reason that this home is always booked. The view is amazing, the decor is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the floor plan is open and airy… I guess there are many reasons! Jayne is a welcoming and thoughtful host. She was always available if we needed anything. We cannot wait to come back!

This was our third time staying at this home. We love the location and the house is perfect for our family. Jayne is a wonderful host and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

We had a group of 5 Dads whose children all met in elementary school. I moved back East after they all graduated high school, and we try to get back together once a year at the beach. This was the perfect place to do that.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous home overlooking Marina park and the beach. You really couldn't ask for a better location. The home was well stocked with everything we needed , extra toilet paper, paper towels, even coffee, sugar, truvia, spices, you name it- it was there. It was a nice touch that the host left fresh flowers, a bottle of red wine( from their vineyard?) and some sweet treats that seemed to be homemade and were just delicious. We a fabulous and relaxing time- highly recommended.

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful house with such good sleeping and living spaces, and many other amenities, including an awesome kitchen. It is just a few doors down from the beach, and directly across from a park. The property manager is great to work with and communicates before, during and after the stay, as needed.

We loved the house, which was better than advertised and right next to both a park and the beach. Communication was easy. Thank very much! Our whole party of 9 (7 adults and 2 kids under 6) had a great time.

Very clean and open space close to beach and very nice park across the street. If your on the fence don’t be book it you won’t regret ?

The house was beautiful!! The Master suite on the top floor was perfect.

Great home, location, layout. Home worked great for all ages. We used this as a home base for being in town for a wedding but it was so beautiful we are looking forward to another stay in the future for a family getaway.

The location of this house is amazing! We loved that there was enough room to accommodate so many of our family members. We also have family that lives nearby, and the park or beach are perfect for a family reunion. The house comes with fun amusements like puzzles, games, surf boards, boogie boards, and a bike. We hope to return!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and loved it both times. The location is amazing, steps to the beach and biking distance to DT Ventura and all the cute shops and restaurants. But if you don't want to leave the house the huge windows and balconies have spectacular views of the beach and surroundings. The kitchen is equipped for great family meals and the living areas have comfortable hangout spots.

This house was the best we’ve stayed in. We have been renting beach houses for the last 10 years. The place was well appointed and has everything you could need. Beach equipment, excellent kitchen, plenty of space for generations of family to enjoy your time. Close to market and restaurants.
