Stayed Oct 24, 2025We had a good time there but there was some pet hair floating around which was gross. and also on the sofas. the beds were not the softest but overall it was a nice house. i loved the wall decorations. lol that is my type of things....

Stayed May 16, 2025This is a nice property and location. After arriving we found the backyard had many foxtail weeds, which are very dangerous for dogs. I spent two hours removing the weeds, because we had our dog with us. The owner lists this as a dog friendly rental, yet when we reported these weeds to her she never responded.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025We stayed for the Desert Rats trail running festival. Great location for that event - very short walk to the school where the shuttlers went. Very clean, excellent communication.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023Very clean home. The kids loved the toys that is a nice touch. Our only complaint is the mattress in the first bedroom was so thin you could feel the slats thru it.

Stayed May 12, 20237 friends hit Fruita for some epic mountainbiking. This property made our trip ideal. It slept all of us comfortably. The living room is wide open to sit around and tell stories about the day's riding. The back porch was a nice spot to do the same. The real kicker for us was the ping pong table in the garage! The house is about a mile away from downtown Fruita, so we rode into town - it's easy and refreshing.
