Stayed Sep 1, 2023Great property, great location! Very clean! Only issue was someone took our dock slip. Couldn't find the owner. Maybe better signage stating its private. But we worked around it and had a great stay!!

Stayed Aug 21, 2021found the property in extremely clean condition. had all amenities listed ready to go. it was sooo nice NOT to pack bedding and towels as these were provided. enjoyed the wildlife; evening walks; fire pit SMORES!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved both the house and location of Constantly Cozy, however on our first morning the banging, hammering, etc. began at 6 AM. There is construction of a new home right next door in which we were not made aware of so needless to say that construction noise early morning each day was not ideal for the few days we had to sleep in. But, other than that it was a great time.

The house and grounds were well maintained and is was lakeside with a view and a boat dock that was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and two refrigerators, two separate sinks and two separate dish washers were very handy. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and used the fire pit nightly. It was just right for 12 people.
