We had the best week relaxing on the back porch! The dock and access to all the water sports made the week awesome for kids. The location to the park was great also. The hosts are gracious and communicated with us easily!

Wonderful stay! My favorite room in the house was the screened in porch off of the living room. We enjoyed coffee here every morning. Wonderfully well stocked house. We will definitely be back.

We loved the house!It was perfect for our teens too. We walked in and got to relax and loved having the things there to use (pattleboards etc)Communication was great and small world with family connections to Florida too!!! Thank YOU ALL!!!!

Great location. Needs a little maintenamce but its on an awesome lake. Driveway is a little challenging. Would definitely go again

Enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. The view to the lake was excellent. Easy access for all our family.

Looking for a place that allows multiple large dogs and a bird. The location was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Note the driveway is a little in the steep side and parking more than 3 vehicles would be a challenge.

House is older, but upstairs, including two bedrooms has been updated, and is comfortable. Very well supplied kitchen. Downstairs is a walk-out basement, which is damp and smells musty. We were comfortable with 2 people and one car. A second car would be tricky, and unable to turn around. Would require backing out onto street from a blind driveway.

The property was clean. Kitchen well stocked. My son in law stepped on a rotten board downstairs. His foot went into a hole. Not hurt but not how you want to start your w/e. Repair carpenter came over Friday and repaired several areas. He said more needs repair. The upstairs deck had a wet/damp area. We did not go out there The front stoop could use new planks, or new stoop altogether. The stoop is obviously old. The inside was wonderful. Nice furniture . The screened porch looks to be new. I think polywood. We loved that porch. My daughter and family were downstairs. They would have liked a bathroom. We knew in advance there was not a bathroom. But there is plumbing downstairs. A washer/dryer. A few repairs and excellent!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Connestee Falls. The home has a Great view on the big Lake Atagahi. We enjoyed kayaking and they had everything needed to have fun on the lake. Golf and the club house was a plus. They had problems with their last cleaning services but communication with Todd was excellent. We hope to return next year !

We had a great vacation. The house met our needs for size, location, and comfort with a dog. The upstairs was very comfortable, and the porch wonderful. However, the basement sleeping room was damp, and musty smelling when we arrived. We found a dehumidifier in the garage and it helped some, but then the room was very warm. We had one family member with allergies so this was an issue for us, but it might not bother some. The kids enjoyed the boards and boats available at the house!

We had an awesome week at Todd's house in Connestee Falls. It was our second time at CF but first time staying lakefront. This house was everything promised and more. We especially loved the screened-in porch, access to the kayaks and the easy walk/swim to Ataghi Park, which was just renovated with a new playground. The top floor is spacious with gorgeous views of the lake from the dining room, master bedroom and living/family room. The kitchen was nicely equipped. It even had an angel food cake pan! Both bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor were clean and spacious. Wifi signal was consistent and fast enough for the lake, including for streaming entertainment. The bunk room downstairs was perfect for my oldest teen who made it his den. The private porch was a nice touch, too. THE SCREENED-IN PORCH was worth the trip by itself. We had a lot of rain but could enjoy the sights, sounds and smells under roof. Even outside of that area there were few insects. THE LAKE: Everything we needed for a great week was either in the garage or out at the dock. It's a simple dock) but was everything we needed. We fished, stand-up-paddle-boarded, kayaked, floated in tubes and had a great time. The flexibility of having all of the equipment on site (including life jackets and fishing gear) without renting or transporting it made it easier for us to try new things and enjoy short trips without a big commitment. We had a magical stay.

We enjoyed our stay on Lake Atagahi and look forward to coming back in future years. The area is so relaxing!

Overall we had a great experience staying at this home. The interior was clean and the screened in porch was fantastic. We spent most of our time on the porch. Having access to the garage made it easy for us to store our bikes. The only complaint real disappointment was the driveway. It's very steep and is hard to turn around in order to exit the driveway. A small car or SUV would be fine. Anything larger offers a bit of a challenge. Although this driveway isn't great I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortably slept 8. The location is great- close to downtown Brevard, Pisgah State Park and DuPont. The community trails/ waterfalls are excellent!
