Complimentary Heated Pool: Goodyear Getaway!

This is going to be our regular rental from now on when we visit family. There’s not one bad thing I can say and communication was so fast! The owners and this home are wonderful! Thank you for such a wonderful home away from home!

The house was very nice and very clean. It was a great layout for four of us that were playing golf. Will definitely use again if we’re staying in the area.

The house itself! It was a stunning stay and great layout for hosting a relaxing weekend with friends and family. We hung by the pool, slept in, watched tv and had meals together effortlessly. The house was equipped with everything. They had every scenario covered and it was clean. We loved our stay and appreciate the love and comfort that house brought for our Arizona weekend. The house was amazing for our party of 8. We came for a family wedding and the kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space for us to hang out and enjoy.

This house had it all. It was very well kept, clean and organized. The outside area along with the heated pool was great. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything that you could possibly need for all of your kitchen needs. All of the bedrooms were great with tv’s in them. The master bedroom has a bathroom that is amazing. I did not want to get out of the shower. This house had everything that we were looking for. Clean, comfortable, and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this house.

Has all the essentials you need! Very comfortable, roomy, great pool. It is close enough to all the amenities but far enough away from the city life. Perfect balance. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

Very nice place with wonderful amenities. The owners/managers were very responsive to any questions that we had and even offered to have the cleaning folks come in mid-month to do a refresh at no extra cost. We had all the comforts of home with family coming in and out for the month. Highly recommended.

Property was perfect for our needs. Loved the separate bedroom/bathroom spaces and the overall functionality of the space. Kitchen was beautiful, outdoor pool warm and private. Close proximity to grocery store. Good response from hosts when needed.

Our family rented this property for a sunny getaway. From check in until check out, our experience was fabulous. The house was exactly as listed, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. Dean and Erin made themselves available to answer all of our questions throughout the stay. We have decided to go back every couple of years because we truly enjoyed it so much!

Just returned from a beautiful stay at this beautiful property!! The property, location and amenities were just perfect! Communication with home owners was outstanding, and they truly thought of everything. We traveled with multi generational family members, so having a bedroom and bathroom on main floor was extremely accommodating! We walked and hiked each morning, the community has a nice walking path surrounding a lake.We swam in the beautiful heated pool, and even bbq’d one day! Would definitely stay here again!

We had our family Christmas, lots of space for the kids to play. The house was very clean and decorated for the holidays. We will certainly stay again.

Beautiful home for our one week stay! Dean the owner was excellent to deal with. We had a few minor issues with Door Keypad and washer but he addressed all of those during our stay! Definitely renting this home again for future visits to Phoenix

We rented this house for family and friends that were in town for a 50th birthday celebration. We live in the area and needed more space, and this house was PERFECT!
