Completely-updated, family-friendly home w/ private pool and spa

Pool and outdoor space was excellent! Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Location was great. House could use some updating. Carpet in bedrooms was dirty. Bathrooms were old. Hot water to bathrooms took forever. Concrete around pool cracking.

This is a lovely home and we would definitely stay here again. However the hot tub was not hot we realized after arrival if you don’t pay the hundred dollar a day fee to heat the pool you don’t get a hot tub either as the two are connected. The pool area was not well lit after dark and the light in the pool wasn’t working so spending time outside or going for an evening dip in the pool was impossible. Also one of the lights around the pool area sparked every time the automatic sprinklers came on which was scary. So another reason to stay away from the pool area at night. We went to barbecue steaks only to find there was no propane in the barbecue. So we cooked the steaks inside. The home is beautiful and well cared for. We had ample space.

Beautiful home in a great location.My husband and i just returned from a 10 day trip to Palm Springs and had an amazing time at this house. The home is very comfortable with a beautiful backyard, large pool with a hot tub and the most comfortable chaise lounges and great sun shades to wile away the hours in the sunshine. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect whether you want to pop into town or head to Koffi. We will definitely stay here again.

Super clean, well stocked, Fantastic view from the kitchen and master bedroom. Having the outside restroom was great since you didn’t have to trail water everywhere when you were in the pool and needed go potty. I would stay here again, but never in the summer. The lowest they allow the a/c is 76 degrees. If you need to sleep in a cool room don’t stay here in the summer. The back bedroom stayed 80degrees all morning. But the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Plus it is within walking distance of coffee and great bars.

The only thing I would say is bring coffee granules, and laundry soap. After traveling long hours & needing both, I was disappointed. This is the first time that wasn’t provided in my stay with VRBO. The WiFi wouldn’t connect to the Roku 3 days after being there & after many attempts. As a manager of cleaning services & rental properties in another state, I do like to go through and see what we can change in our ethics or customers stay. I found the stay to be cozy, clean, and comfortable. It is decorated with a 50/60’s vibe. Very nice. It has what you need to cook/bake. The backyard is private for swimming. I loved that they had a bathroom off to the side of the pool. Convenient for your outside activities. Overall I would recommend this Palm Springs stay to the person looking for a nice getaway.

The home is wonderful. Was exactly what I hoped it would be. Plenty of space and very comfortable.

We just came back from Palm Springs where we had an amazing time in the house. It s a very welcoming house, everything is very clean, and they provide everything you need. The pool is a dream. We will definitely going back soon

The house was spotless and very well equipped with anything you would need to cook there. Loved the back yard. Pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas , bar b ques, fireplace. Quiet

Everything in the home has been done to very high standards. Everything you touch feels expensive. Even the television has exceptional resolution. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Place the was nice and comfortable. Floor plan and backyard were great. The extra cost per day to heat the pool seemed pricey. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

If I could give this property a 6 out of 5 I would. Everything was absolutely perfect...from dishes to spa and everything in between. And property managers, Roxy and Jaimie went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
