Completely Updated Cottage With Private Yard

Great location. Clean rooms. Kitchen was nice and had pretty much you needed. Bedrooms were great.

The location was excellent! We were close to all major attractions. Plenty of eateries in Old Town and Manitou Springs. The master bedroom matress needs a change and we found the living room furniture uncomfortable. The internet connection was a bit unreliable. Loved the location! And Michelle was very responsive.

Beautiful cottage in a great neighborhood. So many things to make me comfortable. Close to everything in a quiet residential neighborhood. Will stay here again when I return to Colorado Springs

Looked nice and updated as indicated. Mostly clean (shower curtain/washing machine needed attention). Lots of pillows everywhere. Enough room for a family of 4. Minimal dishes available for cooking. But we like to cook our own meals when we're on the road. One bed was better than the other. Neighborhood was questionable. We stayed inside at night, did not use the yard. Was pretty quiet with occasional sirens. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was a nice stay. I can see where the neighborhood would be considered a little sketchy, but felt safe in the house. The overall layout of the house and amenities were nice. The bathrooms need safety bars! The tubs were very slick and were a huge safety concern getting in and out of the shower. I missed having an outlet and table close to the bed in the smaller bedroom.

The house was very neat, clean and tidy. The kitchen had kitchen supplies including garbage bags, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. This was very helpful. The location was close to many tourist activities in the area. We enjoyed the local park nearby too.

This was such a sweet place to stay. The house was so nice and clean! You can tell they take pride in it. Thank you so much for a nice get a way.

Clean and in good shape, was a little difficult for the two that are handicapped. The coffee pot didn’t work but they brought a new one that day. We knew what we were renting and it was everything we expected.

Of most importance to me… this place was very tidy, organized and CLEAN. We appreciated the comfort of the beds/ couches/ linens. Washer, dryer and appliances were all nice and clean. House is in a great location for us to easily access all we wanted to do in Colorado Springs. Kids loved playing the Wii game system (appreciated that you provided extra controller batteries!!)Would recommend this place with no hesitation.

Loved staying here! Perfect neighborhood for the friends and family we were visiting. Having a private outdoor space was a real plus. Furniture was very comfortable and kitchen had all the tools we needed to have a great family dinner. Very clean and had all the space we needed. Felt like home. We will be back for sure!

The property is spotless inside…it was missing spices, cooking spray etc,..however they had water bottles in the fridge and some ice in the freezer and laundry soap. Curious about the light hanging down in front of the tv? Great place to stay!!

We stayed two nights and had a great time. We traveled quite a distance beforehand and this was the perfect little place to relax and rejuvinate. Fantastic communication with the owners - we arrived early and they were more than happy to let us settle in right away. Thank you!

The house was very cute and clean. There was plenty of seating in the living room and lots of bedroom space. Our only complaint is that we would like to have a table lamp in the living room.

The house was lovely and clean in a great location. The host Michelle jumped our vehicle when the battery died as we were checking out. Also REALLY liked her welcome book and instructions. We weren't ask to clean, or start laundry. I really appreciated Michelle!

Great location to stay if you are visiting family stationed at Peterson Space Force base.
