This was the perfect little home away from home. It had everything we needed for a 2 wk stay, even large Green space in the back yard, with a big shade tree and place for 10 yr old’s cartwheels in the grass.

We absolutely loved the charming house! We were in town for a wedding and had to make the cupcakes and wedding cake! The spacious kitchen was perfect! We loved the location and hope to get to visit there again!

The property was just as described and suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Conveniently located close to downtown Mooresville, it was fun to walk around the neighborhood looking at old and interesting houses. Despite being on a road that is sometimes busy, the bedrooms were completely quiet and beds were comfortable. Lots of linens and fully stocked kitchen. We couldn't get hot water from the bathroom or kitchen sinks, but no problem in the shower or the little sink in laundry room. Not a big deal. Very cute house, we'd stay again. Excellent host communication. Thank you!

Accurate description. Good location--easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping and a quick drive to Davidson College. Older home was very clean with nice updates, powerful AC and plenty of space for the three of us!

Overall, the stay was fine, but the experience could’ve been better. I use short term rentals a few times a year, and I feel like every time, the host tries their best to be overly helpful, share tidbits about the community and things to do, and overall seems invested in our stay being excellent.The experience here wasn’t that way. If those things aren’t important to you, it’s probably no big deal.When we first went to book, we asked for a last minute booking discount, as many others in the area offered it. They simply replied “we do not.” It just didn’t feel warm from the start.Our flight arrived late so we didn’t get

We stayed two nights and loved everything about the house! The home is beautiful and has a very welcoming, warm atmosphere. We really enjoyed the amount of detail and item availability in the house - it felt like the owners had thought of everything one might need on a trip. Wonderful comfy home that was very clean and well thought out with supplies for anything we could have possibly have needed. We really enjoyed the location and being able to walk to downtown Mooresville.Would recommend a visit to the historic hardware store, artist store s and a very good dinner at Big Tony’s BBQ.

We used to live in Mooresville, and were back to visit family. This was a great choice for us. This is a cute older home, in an older part of town. The location is super convenient. From the front it looks like a duplex, but the house just has 2 front doors. The home has been updated, so things are very nice, but they have retained the character. Huge back yard, which we didn’t use. Lots of parking. Check in was very easy — we had the code to the door before we arrived. The WiFi password had been changed which we were able to handle with a quick text — solved in about 2 minutes. Can’t hope for better than that. Everything was as described and shown in photos. We would certainly stay there again.

This is my second stay at this property within a year. It's a perfect cozy little house for visiting my son attending school at UTI.

Everything was clean and everything i would need was available. Location was great, walked to nearly everything. Drove to the gym and store which were just minutes away. Side porch swing would have been nice, but very dirty, lots of cat hair, but the one eyed cat was really friendly.
