Completely Renovated Post Hurricanes w/ heated pool, 5 min walk to beach

Lovely Spotless home in quiet neighborhood. We loved the proximity to the beach and some local bars and restaurants. Free trolly access was great also. We rented bikes which worked out great as well. Ty and hope to visit again soon!

Excellent quality home with all of the necessary amenities for a relaxing week. Great communication from the host as well. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone interested in visiting AMI / Holmes Beach.

This was over the top excellent place to stay! Absolutely private, quiet and 5 minute walk to private beach. Everything was thought of, every detail was perfect. We are very fussy travelers and we were very pleased. All new and clean. The pool was an added bonus. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Rebecca for sharing your beautiful home!

This place is the perfect setup. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops and the host has everything that you need. We have rented many places on the island over the past 10 years and loved this place the most.

Fantastic experience for our family vacation. The property was immaculate and everything that we could have needed was available for our use. Rebecca was attentive and helpful. Only complaint is that we wish we could stay longer.

This house was CLEAN! I usually have to wear socks or slippers at a rental because the floors aren't that clean. Not here!! She also had everything you could think of. Very great host. A lot of extra hangers to hang clothes up. Cozy towels. We were pleased!

My husband and I with our 2 kids, ages 5 and 7 along with my parent's (for half the week) really ENJOYED this house, location, the cleanest, honestly all of the above! After i booked this property I went right away and booked a 6 passenger golf cart. We used that all the time!! This house had everything we needed. The pool was a perfect size for our 2 kids! Rebecca stayed in contact with us and made sure all of our needs were met and any time we reached out to her she responded right away! We will definitely be back to enjoy your beautiful home! We can't say enough amazing things about Sandy Palms. Rebecca made our stay wonderful. Before we arrived She sent us a list of places to explore, restaurants to check out, and shops where we could rent bikes and other toys. The house itself is beautiful and was a perfect fit for our family. The walk to the beach is quick and the collapsable wagon makes bringing the house's chairs and umbrellas a breeze. We LOVED the privacy and calm found at the pool. It was the perfect place to float and cool off after a long day at the beach. Everything was perfect. When the tropical depression that became Hurricane Helene started to grow, Rebecca was in constant contact with us to keep us updated. When evacuation orders came, Rebecca reminded us to fill up on gas and gave us a tip to try and leave early if we could to help beat the traffic jam that was sure to come. Our hearts go out to everyone on AMI and all of SWFL affected by the Hurricane. We know how special this island is, and we will return as soon as possible.

We had an excellent time here! My young family of four loved the space and bedroom options. It’s perfect for a family needing extra room for kids, and the pool was beyond lovely! Overall, we loved it and hope to go back!

This house fit exactly what we needed for our week stay. The house is extremely clean, there were great touches of puzzles and games, and the perfect walking distance to the beach and other restaurants. You won’t be disappointed.
