Completely Renovated Pink Sea House on North Beach, Tybee Island

The sea house was the perfect escape for our family. Everything was neat and clean, lost of space and best of all the easy access to the beach. Dan made sure our vacation went off without any problems. We will certainly reserve again in the future!!

Great location. Walkable to beach. Restaurants and coffee shop in walking distance. Very clean. Beach chairs and wagon included, however beach chairs have seen better days but still nice to have if don't have other chairs.

Great place to stay while on Tybee. The location can’t get any better and the house itself was awesome! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on Tybee! Dan was great and very hospitable to myself and my family. Already sad to not be there anymore and we only left a few hours ago!

Kitchen facilities were good and bedrooms. The TV in living room needs updated along with the rug. The bedroom on the main floor leaks when it rains.The porches need maintenance and the outside needs tlc. Several wasp nest noted up next to roof.

There was an issue with our unit. We were placed in another. There was confusion with that. We ended up unloading our things and getting settled. We looked in the fridge and there was lots of food. I called Dan and was asking him about it as it didnt feel right. Ended up he had said the unit with the blue door closest to tnd beach. This is the unit we were in. It was not the correct unit. We then had to haul everything down stairs, over 3 doors and back up the stairs. He did end up sending someone over to help but we were pretty much moved our things. It was pretty aggravating after driving 11 hours. Dan ended up being very nice and we did enjoy our stay. The place was better than the one we booked.

We have stayed at this property twice. It is the BEST location to the beach and the layout of the house is fantastic!

The location is perfect, very nice and clean place to stay on Tybee. It was our first visit to this island and we had a great time. Take a sunset dolphin cruise while in town, that was our favorite part of the trip!

Overall a great stay. Perfect location to the beach with kids. Lightning strike affected the electricity but Dan was very quick to respond and resolve the issue.

This was the perfect house for my bachelorette trip! The house was beautiful and conveniently located to the beach and Savannah if you wanted to travel into the city. Dan was a great host and provided everything we needed. He was responsive to my questions and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

Perfect sized house for a group of 8 women! This is the perfect location! Dan was so kind and took time to personally meet us when we arrived and gave us a tour. Due to our large group, he even brought over his personal beach chairs so we would have enough. Would highly recommend this house for anyone, friend groups, family, etc. We all had an absolute blast and I was so excited to show my friends what a gem Tybee Island is.

We decided to try something different for our annual sprinter (spring winter) get away.We were just looking for a relaxing comfortable warm place before going on to historic Savannah. We were delighted with these accommodations, they were exactly as described. We enjoyed walks on the beach, historic sites and local shops,Dan our host could not have been nicer.

Roomy and comfortable house within walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house was so close to the beach and the house was so nice. Had a small leak in the ceiling a few days in and Dan had it fixed super quick!! Great place ! Highly recommend!

My wife and I brought our three children to Tybee for our family vacation. The last time we were on Tybee Island was in 2013 so they had few memories of previous vacations on Tybee. We had a relaxing time, enjoyed our location, and would definitely come back. The house was clean and suited our family perfectly with separate rooms for the children and bathrooms for everyone.

We had the pleasure of renting this property recently. Dan was awesome. He stopped by on our second or theird day just to be sure we had everything we needed and we're enjoying our stay. He even invited us to see some turtles. The location to the beach was perfect. Right next to the access for North Beach. We had an amazing unobstructed view of the light house every night. Live music from the North Beach bar and grill. Views of sunrise AND sunset. What else could you possibly need? Nothing. It's all there. Will return and rent from this owner again.
