Completely Renovated Breathtaking Townhouse Overlooking Beach And Ocean

The apartment was in excellent shape and the location is perfect! We only stayed 1 night and the property was perfect for the six of us.I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice place to stay in Cape May!

The townhouse was perfect for our stay. Very clean and close to town.

It was an ok place to stay, however, totally renovated? No. The kitchen table had a leg that was almost falling off, the downstairs toilet wasn't bolted down, there was mold in the upstairs ceiling bathroom, and the light fixture had no cover on it. Also, the vent in the bathroom ceiling was half hanging off. And pictures are deceiving because the furniture is not leather. It's different then picture. We made the best of it. The only beach view was from the upstairs master bedroom window. Our patio was maybe a 2 ft square area looking at the corridor toward the other motel rooms. No beach view. Our view was not the view in the pictures. The townhouse is behind the office in the corner.

The place was clean, with comfortable beds and bathrooms. It was spacious and conveniently located, and the price was right. We were especially impressed by Tony the caretaker. He helped us get checked in and made sure that we felt safe and comfortable. The only problem we had was getting the check in info from the host. There was no reply to my inquiry the morning of, so I had to call the place to find out how to check in. They finally replied with the information almost an hour after we were already checked in.

The host was easy to contact. The location was perfect. The accommodations worked great for us.

The listing states newly renovated. The unit may have been renovated 10 years ago. Overall unit was clean. The onsite property manager Tony was excellent and friendly. Location is excellent, close to the beach, close to the main street shops and the in town shopping and dinning. We would stay there again.

Location location location! Great location walking distance to everything and steps away from the beach. For the price I think some updates could be done minor cosmetic upgrades along with a deep clean. Paint is peeling off the wall, cobwebs everywhere, curtains full of dust. There was also a slight smell when entering. Overall good rental would maybe consider going back in the future. Tony the onsite manager was amazing and really accommodating!

The property was very serviceable for 3 couples and 2 children. It was very nice.The pool was an added bonus and access to the beach was very close. If I had a complaint it would be the absence of an outdoor shower. It was difficult to get all the sand off with the hose near the pool. As a consequence since 6 people were using the same bathroom it was difficult to prevent sand from getting in the tub. We weren't provided cleaning products so we couldn't keep the tub very clean. We were very happy with the townhouse all in all and Tony was very helpful. He gave us use of the vacuum. We would definitely recommend this place for small groups. Thank You.

Probably had everything we needed, on site manager was friendly and accommodating. Pool area/grounds in need of upgrades.

There are three adults, so this property is perfect with 3 bedrooms. Its location is also perfect for us. We park the car when we get there and are able to walk to everything.

Mostly clean and great location but in need of attention. This listing title needs to be updated as it was probably renovated in the 2000’s and has been the same since. It is in an outdated motel that also needs attention. The grounds look like Sanford and son! Sorry but the photos and title are misleading.

Great location, clean and newly renovated townhouse. Easy check in with quick responses when messages were sent. Only issue was draft blowing in from back bedroom window as it was an extremely windy night and bed was directly under window.

Overall, we had a good stay. Things we enjoyed: location, spacious , hot water was plentiful, TV and cable and Wi-Fi excellent , TV in every room , pool access good, proximity to the beach. Two parking spots were convenient . Tony was friendly and helpful. Needs improvement: groundskeeping - lawnmower was sitting out, we would have mowed it , would have taken 15 minutes, weeds growing out of sidewalk areas, pool could have been skimmed to get bugs out, only ocean view was from the upstairs bedroom windows, other than common walkway on 2nd floor , trash service was non existent, dishwasher detergent was not available, hand soap was practically empty, paint peeling off bathroom walls, instructions on stove top were worn off, water filter needed replaced, In general , facility was dated , and could have better better maintained. I would not recommend for seniors because the bedrooms were all on the second floor. With some attention to details , this could be a charming place to stay.

The condo was just what we needed. 3 lady friends getting together at the beach. 3 nice, comfortable bedrooms with TVs on the second floor. Sofas, dining room table, full kitchen with new appliances, TV. Full bathroom on the second floor, bathroom with a shower on the first floor. The beach is right across the street. We were able to walk to most restaurants and shopping. We will return next year.
