Completely renovated, beautiful home in Sun City

Laundry was conveniently located out toward the backyard in another room. Air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the home comfortably cool. Rooms were clean and tidy and the host was very accommodating with quick replies to questions and requests.

The host was welcoming, however the sink had dirt in it, the toilet paper was empty. The main living room light did not work, or the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. And the window in the bathroom in the shower was not locakable. This was the only VRBO I have ever stayed in that the owner expected us to start the laundry and take out the trash. Usually they just want the trash bagged up and dirty linens put in a pile. But it was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Lovely home with all needed amenities in a perfect location for our needs. Quiet, nice neighborhood and easy to make multiple drives back & forth to an event at State Farm Stadium, our reason for the trip to Phoenix. Would highly recommend!

This was our second stay at this property. It is a clean, tastefully decorated home in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything you need and all the activities you want.

Loved this place! Rooms are bigger than they look in the listing photos. Greay quiet neighborhood and very convenient quick drive to Desert Diamond Arena where we were going this weekend for University of Arizona graduation ceremony.

Had a great week in Phoenix before it was super hot. Nice house close to shopping and freeways made it easy to get around.

The house was exactly as pictured. It was immaculate and well appointed. Having a shaded outdoor space in AZ is always a bonus. Also super helpful was having ceiling fans in the main areas and the bedrooms. The AC unit is a bit on the noisy side which is no biggie especially since the fans kept us cool enough at night that we could turn the AC off.We had a great stay and would absolutely stay again next time we're down there.

Owner was helpful in helping on Internet issue. Outdoor furniture and landscape in back minimal.Very clean.I planned to arrive in day light but did not. The address number are on the curb and hard to see.Susan, you might want to put up a discrete piece of glow in dark tape or other discrete method to help find house at night.Obviously night arrival not planned.

I enjoyed my stay and enjoyed hosting family in this open airy home. Loved the quirky collection of furnishings. My only negative (esp since I was living there alone) I wished the front room drapes had 4 panels to allow evening privacy.

This property met all our needs! It was clean and so functional. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I spent hours in the reclining loveseat reading! The owner was so attentive each time I contacted her and it really made our stay great! We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next visit!

We were visiting nearby family, so the location was ideal. The home is newly remodeled and we greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the home. Communication was excellent. We will certainly consider this home for any future visits.

This quaint, clean home was exactly what I needed to host a small Thanksgiving dinner for my son, a young friend of his, and myself. Very clean and complete with most everything you would need to cook nearly any meal. It only lacked a rolling pin for my homemade noodles (it has one now! :D ) Kudos to the owners for keeping such a nice, clean home for others to enjoy. I’ll be back if it’s available next time I’m in Phoenix !

Wow! This home is immaculate, spacious backyard for the furry kids, everything you need to make your stay awesome is there. The beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are very welcoming. You are close to everything. The 101 is about a mile away. Easy access. it’s a very cute home. We really enjoyed our stay. We already rebooked! The host are awesome and very responsive.

I thought the property was great, comfortable and clean. It was perfect for what we needed a nice quiet area. Would like to do it again, For a month in the winter when it’s cold and snowy at home

The house is very clean, has what you need for a short stay. Water pressure is good in the shower, bed is comfy. The neighborhood is cute and a great place to get in a morning walk before it heats up.

I knew it was just right for me when I pulled up and there were quail under a bush. Then the next morning there was a cottontail bunny that ran out from under the bush. Very clean and easy access. Perfect for my purpose.

Enjoyed a short stay and everything was great. House was immaculate and a nice, fenced yard for our pup.
