They each have 2 Queen beds, a flat screen TV, closet, and en suite full bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a sliding door that opens up to a 12'x12' deck facing the lake.

The lounge/entryway has a sectional couch and TV. There is a closet with a second laundry room as well.

There is a flight of steps down from the second floor to the first floor. That takes you to the living room/dining/kitchen. The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD, and game/puzzle collection, couch, love seat, and two swivel chairs. There is a large dining table that will seat 6-8 people, large kitchen with all appliances, counter top area with 4 stools, and lots of cabinets and countertop space. There is a half bath and laundry/utility room off of the living room area. The lower level has a sliding door that opens up to a large 26'x36' concrete deck, gas grill, 3 bar top height tables with stools (12 seats total) and 2 regular height tables with a total of 10 chairs. There are some steps down to the walkway to the large covered dock. The boat slip is 12'x30' and the swim deck is 12'x36'. There is a slide with a wet step ladder. On the dock are 4 lounge chairs. There is also a large swimming mat available to use. If you bring a jet ski or boat you may use the slip. There is also jet ski and boat rental nearby at Point Oasis if you don t bring your own watercraft.

You are only about 20 minutes from the Osage outlet mall, golfing, water parks, miniature golf, go-carting, etc. This lakefront house is on the 13 MM in a no wake cove location with quiet waters safe for young children to swim in. The water restaurants nearby are Lakehouse 13, Franky & Louie’s, Tap & Grill, Backwater Jack's, The Reserve and many others!

All seasons at the lake are beautiful. Enjoy them from inside the home, the decks, dock or take a walk, boat ride or car ride for your scenic pleasure. This home is in a timbered area with abundant wildlife.
