Completely remodeled, overlooking Heceta Beach, see and hear the surf.

We loved our stay. We are both 79 and thought the stairs in the pictures were stairs to the beach…not to the house. But they were. Other wise it’s great.

What a person getaway for our family of four and our pup! Cozy and quiet with beautiful views and just a few minutes walk to a spectacular beach. We loved our stay!

Honestly, the best location in Florence! Super easy walking access to the beach across the street and close to downtown for shopping and dining. The owners did an incredible job renovating this property, and it was absolutely perfect for our family for a long Easter weekend. The kitchen is stocked! Beds are super comfortable!

Great location minutes from the beach. The house is very clean and nicely updated. We had 7 adults and our dog and had plenty of space including a surprise sitting room off the master suite. Being February, it rained most of the time and we look forward to booking in the summer months to enjoy the spacious deck and expansive views of the ocean.

Very cute cottage! Very comfortable! The bed was super comfortable. Good view of the ocean and could hear the ocean. Loved all the updates/remodel. Quiet neighborhood. It's a short walk to the beach, but we were so busy exploring the coast that we never went out on this beach.

This home is amazing. So clean and beautifully decorated. We had room for everyone to have a bed. Our kids loved the extra room in back, the relaxing room. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The view is outstanding and unobstructed. We will definitely be back to enjoy this amazing home again!

This was my third stay at pelican Pines and it never disappoints. Such a beautifully designed home with great comfort. The views from the deck were wonderful and we had perfect sunsets every night and slept like babies in the very comfortable beds.

Easy to find...very clean with comfy beds. Everyone had a great time. Really appreciated the space and the view. Will come back for sure

If you have a chance to stay here we would recommend it. House has lots of nice details and is very well maintained. Super close to the beach and we enjoyed sitting by the fireplace on the very comfortable furniture.

All I can say is book now. Don’t wait. You won’t regret it. The property is incredibly clean, comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. It is an easy stroll to the beach a few blocks away. We cooked almost every meal at the house, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was seamless. I saw other reviews warning about the stairs leading to the house, but we had no issues other than my 70 year old mom needing help with her luggage. The view of the sunset from the house was beautiful. Great!!

Wonderful place! Very clean and super design of the kitchen and living area. Nice view of the ocean and short walk to the beach. Also, perfectly located for our day adventures in Oregon.

The house was the best appointed VRBO that we have stayed in. It has very good kitchen utensils and appliances. It was very clean and lived up to the billing. Just be sure to check the weather, if you want to do some sunbathing on the Oregon coast ;) . . . . Expect some fog and wind. If so, in the summer, you might just have to drive into Florence for some sun, it is a couple of minutes east.

Very clean and modern home. Great proximity to the beach and town. Bedrooms were nice and everything from linens to dishes were great quality. Looking forward to booking this home again in the future.

Our time at this lovely Heceta Beach home was perfect for our family of five. The home was beautiful and we loved the beach access and all the deck space for sipping morning coffee and eating dinner to the sound of the waves. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Pelican Pines. The property was incredibly clean, well appointed, and charming. There are so many things we loved — the decor, the fireplace, the proximity to the beach and town. Truly a gem! We didn’t want to leave!

Had a small group traveling for work, we could even bring a dog! It was the perfect place to have dinner as a group, walk on the beach, and relax after a long day!

Nicely remodeled. Loved the fireplace and surrounding fragrant plants up to the house. Noticed some missed areas in the cleaning process before our arrival such as sand on the floor and kitchen table and some hair in one of the showers but overall it appeared tidy and clean. Always love love love the Oregon coast.

It was a great place and we had a great family time. A few recommendations 1: stock up more on trash bags. 2. add hand soap to the kitchen3. add iron or steamer to laundry4. add more side tables to the family room next to the couch. These are just a few things that could make the house complete. We enjoyed our time and will be back again another time. Thanks

This is an amazing property and location. Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Easy access, wonderful amenities, and wonderful to use as a family retreat for a long weekend. Close to the beach and other amazing activities.

Very cute, fully remodeled house very close to Heceta Beach. The 3 bedrooms have enough space for 2 people each, plus luggage. Both bathrooms are great. Very well- outfitted kitchen. The bottle of wine and chocolate were a very nice surprise! Loved the family room gas fireplace. Easy code-entry. The beach is a very short walk and is a huge sandy beach that we walked everyday. Great host and stay!

Did know about the stairs to get to the front door. They were a little unstructured. Inside beautiful and very comfortable.

The property was very nice and well stocked. It had everything we needed, including a perfect back room for a child away from the main area. The views from the house were amazing and the walk to the beach is short. 10/10 and we will be coming back.

The house and property was more than we expected with comfortable but elegant feel. The interior design and layout of each room was generous. The view and short walk to the beach was both beautiful and easy. This is a great place to stay.

The house was remodeled and had everything we needed. Loved the small touches that made us feel like extended family. The whole process was easy and the home was in a great location, bit tricky on parking, but nothing to keep us from coming back!

We had a wonderful time at Pelican Pines. It’s on the smaller size, but very cozy and comfortable. We felt like we were in a tree house with tons of privacy. We enjoyed the ocean view, the expansive deck, deck gate, and house amenities. Be aware that there are stairs to reach the residence if someone in your party has mobility issues. We will happily stay here again, highly recommend.

Pelican Pines is amazing! From the comfy furnishings to the well stocked kitchen to the luxurious towels and bedding. This was the most comfortable vacation home I’ve ever stayed in. The views were amazing and it was in proximity to many places to explore. A definite must stay!

We enjoyed staying here so much. We had everything we needed and it was a very short watch to the beach. We loved the walk-around porch and the small quiet room in the back was a great place to unwind. Highly recommended.
