Completely Remodeled 3/3 in the heart of Key Largo (Oceanside)

good pools, interesting lagoon, cool iguanas, only issue is the sea weed on the ocean side, needs to be removed (it smells)

Super clean and welll stocked property! We stayed 5 nights with 2 families, 7 ppl total. Very comfortable beds and linens. Pillows could use updating, but everything else was wonderful! We appreciated how clean it was, and that it was stocked with plenty of garbage bags, TP, towels and laundry supplies. The property beyond the home is also very well maintained and enjoyable!! Clean pools, and common areas, and we all (our son especially) really enjoyed the golf cart!

Let me start by saying All of us are in agreement with what I’m about to say! From the moment we walked in we were not disappointed!! Everything was just perfect! From the space,cleanliness, decor and location. We had everything to make our visit enjoyable and memorable!! We would definitely recommend you to our friends and family! Your flexibility and easy to communicate with was a plus! The amenities, pool area and surroundings were also very nice! Great place to vacation! Thanks again for everything!

Had a great stay here for a wedding in Key Largo. Chris was very responsive.

The air conditioning on lower level was not working and reported it. We had a medical emergency with one of the guests and Chris followed up to see how they were doing. Biggest issue was consistently figuring the lock/unlock of the door. Overall it was a great condo especially the 3 bed and 3 baths and the location.

Nice to have different floors to be able to spread out. Plenty of bathrooms as well. Deck areas were awesome. My 3 boys loved the fishing rod that was there and went fishing nightly down at the bay/jetty. Thank you!

Everything about our stay was amazing! From the lovely well appointed unit, to the location, amenities and responsiveness of Chris, our time in Key Largo was just what we needed! We would stay again in a hearbeat!

Chris was extremely responsive and helpful for any questions or concerns we had. Checking in was easy. The lock to get in was a bit tricky at first, but once we got it, no more issues. The house was very clean and spacious. 2 of the bathrooms are a little tight, but not a problem. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. The location is great; right by the lagoon, charcoal grill, large pavilion with many tables and chairs, and the larger of the two pools. We rented the golf cart, which was super convenient to take out to the jetty for sunrises, sunsets, and fishing. Off the jetty we saw a 4ft nurse shark, stingrays, a variety of fish, and a manatee! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything you need and then some! What a Great Place! Highly recomend to anyone looking to be in the heart of Key Largo, with the seclusive vibe of the private grounds. Chris knows what he is doing with this property. We have been back several times and will be back in the future.

We had 3 adults and 3 children and the unit met all of our needs in terms of beds, bathrooms, and kitchen needs. We particularly appreciated that the A/C worked properly, as we have had some issues in the past with other rentals. The unit is well-located in Key Largo in a quiet area, yet short distances from Pennekamp State Park and restaurants. Communication with Chris was appreciated - there was an issue in the area on the day of check-In that required not using any water until repairs were done and Chris did a great job of keeping us informed (and it was fixed quickly and did not impact us). We found that the golf cart was not necessary. The lagoon and larger pool is right behind the unit. The kids were also enthralled the iguanas in the area. Only quibble - the swimming pool was as warm as any of us have ever been in. The lagoon was more fun and refreshing.

We had a wonderful stay in Key Largo. The condo was just as pictured-updated, very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. It’s a quiet community and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend and also stay here again.

We loved our stay. The condo was nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The location was awesome. Our unit was a short walk to the lagoon and the pool. The unit was so clean and in a fabulous area.

We've stayed in this unit several times and it never disappoints. Great location, well stocked and clean. Plenty of room for family and friends to gather. The grounds are great for walking, the poools are well maintained and the lagoon is a favortie for swimming and kayaking.

Absolutely beautiful property and guest house. Lots to do for teens, amenities were well kept and we felt very safe on the property. House was immaculate and comfortable.

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay at this home in Key Largo. The home is beautifully renovated and sits within a very nice waterfront community. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the screened in porch with lots of wildlife sightings. The private beach was a great place to catch the sunrise or just relax. My only critique is that as a family, we do tend to cook quite a few of our meals while on vacation. If you plan to cook, just know that you will need to be prepared with basics like oil, butter, spices, condiments etc. However, I would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

My husband, son, and daughter & family stayed here 4 nights. The 8 of us all had a fabulous time. The condo is beautiful and the pools and grounds are wonderful. Well worth it.

We had a great time in Key Largo relaxing with our family of five. The unit was perfect and an oasis from life. They created a perfect and comfortable environment. The development is quaint and quiet.

The condo is in a great location and is just as advertised! We were 110% happy with choosing this lovely place to stay in Key Largo. Christopher was very courteous and quick with responding to any questions we had. The condo was extremely clean and modern with everything we needed provided. Had a great time in Key Largo. This home is in a setting that allows for walking, visiting and enjoying the Florida air. Had a great time. The home is lovely and well furnished. Bathrooms are a little small.

The condo is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We were a party of 6 adults and 1 infant and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed playing games downstairs and watching the Ohio State Game on the big TV upstairs. We swam once and enjoyed walking around the grounds. Very pretty setting, enjoyed walking out to see the sunset.

We had 5 adults stay over the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful time! I’m a “clean fanatic” and found the home very clean. It was awesome to have extra amenities such as toilet paper, detergent, soap, and even air freshener available! That was such a great touch and worth 5 plus stars! The only negative comment I have is that house of this quality should have much better mattresses and pillows. The pillows were terrible but an easy fix.

Gorgeous place! Exactly as advertised. We didn’t use any amenities, but we did walk around the property. Watching the sunset out on the jetty was priceless. Nice atmosphere with the people walking and biking around. Perfect for people of all ages! I would highly recommend!

This property was as advertised! Beautiful! We didn’t realize there was a saltwater lagoon just behind the property that you can swim/snorkel in! The property itself was clean and updated! Huge TV in the main living area and very comfy furniture throughout. Loads of FANTASTIC eating options close by. Do yourself a favor and walk out to the point and spend time relaxing in the sun and sea breeze! From Ohio, we don’t get to see geckos & iguanas on the regular…..they’re here a’plenty! So glad we found this place! Turned a destination wedding for our son into a great vacation! Highly recommend!

My family and friends loved the property. The condo was very nice. Our favorite part was that the condo is on a lagoon. There are iguana, tropical birds, very cool fish and lobster around and in the lagoon. There is an area where the fish will swim with you. The teens loved it.

Very nicely updated unit. The property was well maintained and had tons too offer the kiddos. Don't let anyone tell you that the saltwater lagoon is not amazing, our whole family loved swimming in it, especially at night. The golf cart was dead and would have helped a lot since the grounds are vast. Over All Fantastic Place!!!!

This property is amazing. Chris was a great host, very communicative and quick to respond. We came to Key Largo for a wedding and we were all able to get ready at the same time with all the space we had. Property is exactly like the pictures, actually I think even better.
