Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was roomy but it should be noted it has a spiral staircase to access lower level. Not for small children or anyone with mobility issues.Lower level bedrooms have no closets. Biggest issue was floors were so dirty it turned our socks and feet black.

We had a great time on vacation! This home was perfectly located for all of our adventures! Having the pool in the backyard was an added benefit- although for the price of the rental, heat should have been included. Nevertheless, the home was perfect for our stay. The management company was wonderful and kind while we were there!

We had a small issue with the air conditioner upstairs and they had it resolved within a few hours. We will book again when we are back in the area.

We loved this house. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were beautiful and clean. The pool was so relaxing and the walk to the beach was short and sweet. We would definitely stay again.

Overall nice property, close to the beach, nice pool in the well maintained backyard. Kitchen was well equipped with the items our family needed and the second refrigerator downstairs was a plus. Property management was very responsive to a couple minor issues, they were great to deal with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was or 2nd time renting this home. (4th from PBH) Once again a great relaxing Spring Break with family. This home met or exceeded our needs. Clean, well stocked with essentials. Plenty of room for us to spread out. One minor glitch when the A/C went out for one night. Quickly repaired the next day. The pool is perfect. the yard was great for our fur baby. The area was quiet this time due to it NOT being Easter weekend. The beach is just a quick walk and beautiful as usual. We will be renting again next year. Thanks again to PBH. You run a great business.

The property looked exactly like the photos. It is a pet friendly property, but there were zero signs of previous pets. It is a very easy short walk to the beach. The kids were all in heaven with the pool! The wrap around porch was lovely when the storms rolled in. We had many people taking showers every night and never ran out of hot water! We only had one small hiccup when the dryer quit working. We are an understanding bunch so it wasn’t a huge deal. We called to let the property manager know, but there was miss communication and a delay in getting someone out to look at it. We would stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Good location. The spiral staircase was not conducive to having children or pets in the house. Had to call maintenance to fix the dryer and it took them a lot longer than expected. Most of the frying pans were old and worn out. For the price we paid I expected to see nicer furnishings and the mattresses were worn out. The pictures are misleading. There is no garage and the spiral staircase is not shown in any of the photos.
