Stayed Dec 31, 1969This condo is in a beautifully maintained, gated community. The condo itself has all the comforts and is quiet. A pool with 2 hot tubs and a fitness center along with a lighted tennis court are a short walk. There are numerous restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The location is close to many hiking trails in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. There is close access to Rt 101 so you can reach many points in Scottsdale and Phoenix easily.

Stayed Jul 31, 2020Great unit and well furnished. Close to golf and other points of interest. Quiet area. Perfect for a short visit to Scottsdale. It is an upstairs unit.

Stayed Dec 11, 2019Great location which was easy to get to many key areas. The condo was well stocked with quality provisions. The property manager was excellent in terms of her responsiveness and resolving any initial concerns. I have already left my other feedback for the owners.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo at Base Camp One in Grandby Ranch was just beautiful! It was refreshingly modern, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. So many times a rental unit in the mtns is outdated, but not here! From the floors to the bathrooms to the barn-style doors, this property is beautiful! Beds and furniture were comfortable. And being able to watch the mountain for bikers and skiers makes it a great location! The grounds are extremely well kept as well: the pools were clean and enjoyable, the outdoor areas beautiful, and all interior places were spotless! What a beautiful place to stay! We will be back!
