House is set in the fantastic Los Compadres area. A charmingly, peaceful neighborhood. The homes location is a well sought-after area and noted for having has least amount of wind in Palm Springs making it even more desirable. House has a midwestern appeal to it with attractive landscaping with lighted walkways and palm trees. All that brings the attractiveness of thosebeautiful western mountain views.
Solar for energy is a plus along with the benefit of the tankless water heated. The house sleeps 6 people.

LOCATION:

There's easy access to Hwy 111 or Hwy 10 / 210. Only 2 mile from PS airport, yet not bothered by aircraft noise. Ideally located just two minutes from Smoke Tree Commons with restaurants, shopping, grocery/drug stores and banks.
Downtown Palm Springs is less than 3.5 miles away where you will find plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment for your enjoyment.

Open floor plan throughout Living room, dining Room and kitchen, providing a spacious living area. Tile floors throughout the house along with ceiling fans, in the kitchen as well.
A large wrap around sectional adds comfort, Smart wall mounted Television thats functioned by WIFI Streaming and internet throughout the house.
looking through the beautiful glass slider doors allows for seeing the attractiveness of the backyard, especially at night.
Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace on those brisk winter nights, works great.

KITCHEN & DINING:

Custom kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas range. Dining room table expands to 9'.
The large 4 chair quartz peninsula countertop divides the kitchen and living room making for easy dining as well.

BED & BATH:
Two upgraded bathrooms on each side of the house, with tub and showers.
All bedrooms have queen size beds and smart television internet streaming. Two guest rooms and a bathroom on one end of the house allows for privacy with a pocket door that separates everything from the living room. One bedroom has access to the backyard and pool.
Master bedroom located on opposite side from the other bedrooms and has privacy. Access to the backyard and pool is also available from room.

OUTDOOR BACKYARD AREA:

The backyard is completely enclosed and private outdoor space. Offers plenty of room to spread out and relax. Have use of the beautiful saltwater heated pool at your leisure and enjoyment all it has to offer. The deepest part of the pool is just 5 1/2' deep so you can just be standing in water to your neck easily.

Also get a wonderful message from the jets sitting inside the heated Hot Tub while looking at the amazing views of the San Jacinto Mountain range that can be seen from most areas in the backyard.
Pavers are throughout the yard adding beauty and comfort for walking

The overhead awning directly outside from the sliding glass doors is easy access. Above there are misters and lighted fans adding convince and comfort while sitting at the large table.
The outdoor gas grill maybe offers the tasty enjoyment of a delightful dining outside experience.
Afterwards to top off your meal, try sitting around the fire pit, relaxing and sipping your favorite beverages. Then take time to really catch the view of those enchanting mountains during those gorgeous early evening sunsets. Or as evening falls.... look up and see all the stars smiling back at you....doing both are a few of my favorite things to enjoy.
