Stayed Feb 22, 2025We stayed for 2 nights .. and it was one of the best experiences we had with Arnb,s so far .. they had everything in the house including kitchenware, clean towels and clean bedsheets .. house smell good like new .very spacious . bathrooms were super clean and everything outweighed a hotel stay .. will definitely stay again and highly recommended for others .

Stayed Nov 11, 2024We came to Spokane from Roseburg Oregon to attend a national COCA (children’s oncology camping association). We decided that instead of staying at the Davenport (conference location) we rented this property. It was perfect. We had 7 people but it could accommodate more. Only 6 min from the hotel! Perfect!! Clean!

Stayed Nov 7, 2024Hello. The house is so stinking cute, we enjoyed staying here. The driveway is really in need of up grading, with 6 women...TP sucks big time. You need a new couch, only 2 people could sit on it at a time. Need more dish towels, please, sponge also. Nothing detrimental. Detrimedetrimental

Stayed Sep 19, 2024This was a perfect house for a large group. We had 5-6 adults and 3 children/teenagers and fit very comfortably. The house was clean with a nice kitchen to prepare large meals and conveniently located to spend time downtown and on the south hill. We would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Aug 21, 2024Wonderful clean property 7-8 min drive from Gonzaga. Older charming home with basement, main floor bedroom and lots of room upstairs. Plan to rent from them again! Only slight downside is that it needs some grass and bit of curb appeal in front or back.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024Place was clean, hard to keep cool though and with a larger family hot water ran out really quick. Be aware if you are tall or big people. Beds were ok. Ours squeaked the whole time but it was acceptable. But location was great, and would stay again.
