Comfy home, 30 min to Yosemite, fenced in yard, game room, prof decorated!

Troy’s Pine Mountain home is a perfect spot for visiting Yosemite. The home is spacious and includes wonderful amenities including a large well stocked kitchen. Tastefully decorated and inside a nice gated community with a lake and numerous activities.We spent 3 days in the park and ate out a few fun local places very close to the house. Nice grocery store just 10 minutes to the house.Troy was a great cimmunicator and was very responsive to questions. There is 50 charge for visitors to get in the gate, but Troy told us this in advance. Highly recommended!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Easy to check in. Wi-Fi was fine. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Nice options to dine both indoor and outdoor. Plenty of space to play board games, do puzzles, etc. Enjoyed a day at the lake, playing in the water and kayaking. Short drive to Rainbow Pool, and to Carlon Falls trail. Spent the morning at Rainbow Pool and hiked to Carlon Falls in the afternoon. Beautiful! Went to Yosemite for the day. 30 minute drive to the entrance, then another 45 to the valley.Definitely recommend staying here!

Overall, we're happy with the stay. Comfortable house, all the basic kitchen items needed to cook, spacious/open floor plan. It's in a large private gated community (3,000 homes) which does charge guests an additional fee and takes 15 minutes to drive through their gate to get to the house. The yard isn't really fenced - there's a short 2.5' retaining wall, but most any dog can easily jump over it (ours did!), so keep that in mind.

VERY nice, attractive, and easy to stay simple home with all the necessary amenities. Host was exceptional at communication, and helpfulness. We were not able to get TV to work properly. We messaged him through VRBO and he called immediately and helped us access the TV. The home is very cute, well maintained, and enjoyable. Great place to stay when you want to access Yosemite and surrounding areas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The house was perfect for us. We used it as home base for Yosemite and staying near my parents who have a house 2 blocks away. The place was perfect for game night & sleeping after long days. Thank you Troy!

Bright, cheery, spotless home with nice kitchen. Good Wi-Fi, fun activities in the house and close to Yosemite. We ate at the Grill and also tried the archery range. Host was great. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in PML! The house was perfect for our family!!! It was well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Nice game room in the garage and enclosed backyard.
