Stayed Feb 27, 2026Very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Good location for things we did in Farmington and St. Gen. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of space for people to spread out. Lots of areas to gather round tables and eat or play games. Only negative we had was that the Keurig machine needs a deep cleaning.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025We needed someplace to stay while we attended a wedding a few miles away. This place was the best for our large group of 71 dog. The owner was very attentive to all of our questions and last minute accommodations when our dog sitter fell through. Enough space for everyone and the quiet surroundings allowed for even sleeping in the day after the wedding in peace. Thank you, Charlie! I look forward to using you again real soon. A!!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Perfect for our multi-family group with children. Lots of outdoor space for the kids to run around and everyone had their own bedroom. Home was clean and had all the necessary items for our stay. Also, a close drive to the hiking trails we wanted to tackle. Great stay!
