Comfy bungalow, short walk to beach

We had a great stay. We were walking distance to beach, shopping and trails. Our host was helpful and the dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard.

Was everything I expected and more. Walked to beach, very comfortabke home, great fenced yard for my Yorkie, and every store and restaurant you could want very close by. Downtown NSB has unique stores and dining. Perfect vacation spot and owners readily available if needed. Can't wait to stay again!!

Nice clean rental.

We loved our time here very much. The owners were very nice. We had no issues that required their attention but a few minor things required coordination and communication was friendly. Hopefully, we will be able to return in the future.

What a way to summer!

Geri and Ray were great hosts, immediately fixing the one issue we had with the dishwasher. Beds and furniture are comfortable, kitchen is well-equipped. Two bikes were a big plus, since you can ride them on the beach and nearby trail. We cooked many meals on the new grill. The fenced backyard isn’t landscaped but worked fine for our dog. We’d highly recommend this little beach house, it’s a great value and we hope to return to New Smyrna Beach - a really nice town with lots of great restaurants.

The house was spotless and maintained. The photos shown and location were accurate You can tell the owner cares. Our only disappointment was the back yard is unkept/unmanicured that stopped us from utilizing it. I would recommend the house to anyone that cares and takes care of where they stay.

We loved our month's stay at The Beachwalk House. It's on a quiet street that's a few minute's drive from a grocery store, bank, pharmacies, and the best seafood restaurant in New Smyrna Beach! And so close to the ocean that you can hear the breakers from the back yard. The house is all on one level and decorated with attractive beachy touches. The kitchen was fully equipped and thoughtfully stocked with spices, etc. and the large dining area was light and bright with a view out the back. The beds were super comfortable as were the sofa and chairs in the living room and there was always plenty of hot water for showers. We sat in the screened porch every morning with our coffee, watching our two dogs playing in the big back yard- it's fully fenced, right down to the ground, so even little dogs can't escape and there are palm trees and beautiful old oaks that give a dappled shade if you want to relax out of the sun. There's also a bbq and an outside shower. A couple of cruiser bikes are provided, if requested, and there are foldable beach chairs to take down to the ocean. We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation and we'll certainly be back!

The house has all you need for a great stay. The back porch great for morning coffee listening to the ocean just a block or so away. Back yard is very nice.

The house was lovely and very homey. Everything we needed other then food was supplied. I would highly recommend this home for a wonderful vacation. The home is close to the beach, just across the street. Shopping and restaurants close by as well. A perfect vacation action spot!
