Stayed May 14, 2025The property was in good, clean shape and had plenty of indoor space for our group. We were also able to enjoy the porch, and the fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. The location was great - so close to the beach and very little traffic. When we had questions for the owner, she replied very quickly. She was also quite flexible and very accommodating. We would definitely consider renting this house again.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024We enjoyed our stay here in Brigantine! The cottage was clean, comfortable, and best of all — a very short walk to the beach! The owners were prompt with their responses, and very helpful. We are already anticipating staying again next summer.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024The home was perfect! Clean, spacious, yet not too large to keep up with. Great that we were able to have our 2 small well trained dogs (11 and 8). The location was also wonderful. About 2 blocks from the beautiful sandy beach, actually, but still not far of a walk. The owner was gracious and friendly and I’d stay again if given the opportunity.

Stayed Jul 10, 2023What a great house! Very affordable, very clean and very spacious. Location is amazing. Only a 5 minute walk to beach. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future. Communication with the owner was exceptional.

Stayed Jun 9, 2023Perfect for our girls weekend! The entrance to the beach at the end of the street was closed because it had a steep drop off, but we only had to walk 1 additional block to find an open entrance The house was clean and there was plenty of space. The owner recommended the farmera market and we loved that!
