Comfy and cozy 4-bedroom minutes to SU, Hospitals, and downtown Syracuse

Everyone was comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. It was an easy walk to campus and the SU football game. We really loved the fire pit and the backyard.

It was a perfect location for us to attend a show. The house was just as described and checking and check out easy ,as well as communication with the host. We would definitely recommend and return.

Stayed here to drop our daughter off at Syracuse University this weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host Nicholas was amazing with his communication and was very accommodating. I had left jewelry behind after checkout and he reached out to remind me! If you are looking for a cozy and clean place with a trustworthy host, I highly recommend this home! Large family traveling together for a wedding. The house fit our needs perfectly with number of rooms and beds and bathrooms. Very clean. Owner was attentive to our needs. Space was well suited for entertaining other guests and extended family who was also staying in town. Nice, safe and friendly neighborhood and located within 15 minutes of all the places we needed to be.

This updated house was very clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the host. No washer/dryer but we didn't need them. Kitchen was very well stocked. Would definitely stay there again.

Doors and halls downstairs are wide enough for a walker. This was great for my Uncle. The outside deck was great for sitting and talking with family. The house was immaculate. Beds very comfortable.

Nice house on a quiet street, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, driveway will hold four cars. Close to downtown Syracuse and Syracuse University. Great communication with host.
