Pleasant house located on Rue Flandres in Dunkerque, near the town center, shopping center, and lake, and 3300 meters from the beach. It includes: an entrance hall; a living/dining room with television and Wi-Fi; a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob + electric hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher). Please note: some furnishings are older; two bedrooms, each with adouble bed; a third bedroom with two single beds and a television; a bathroom with shower, sink, bathtub, and washing machine; a separate toilet; a charming veranda; and an enclosed garden with garden furniture for relaxing moments. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings.
