Comfortable, Quiet, Gated Family Home, 2 Pools, 2 TVs/Bluray, Internet, Coal BBQ

Home was as expected. Parking was a bit problematic if we were just stopping by the house for a short period of time. You had to pull into the garage every time or walk a block since you can 't park in front of the house. Other than that it was a great short stay.

The property was lovely. It was clean and well maintained. The owner was generous and easy to communicate with. I misunderstood about the pool, it was not on the actual property but a community pool. My fault. It was by far more economical than a hotel stay!

Everything was positive about my stay. The house is spacious and has everything you might need. (Towels, linens, kitchen items.) The beds & the furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We had access to a very nice community pool and hot tub. The pool was much colder than I would've anticipated but it was still a nice amenity. The location was reasonably close to drive to shopping and restaurants. The owner clearly communicated everything we needed to know by email and also checked in by email to make sure we settled OK.

This is a very nice home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The community pool is nice too and our granddaughter loved spending time swimming there. I recommend this home to families visiting the Phoenix area.its close to fun activities as well!

Excellent Place to stay! Cozy and clean and easy to get to any day trip to Sedona or Scottsdale etc

Jason was very helpful. The location was excellent for us. Very quiet community. The only disappointment was the weather, cold.Not anyone fault. We would rent from Jason again.

Visiting the west… decided on this place, very nice, great location, pool was nice and the best was a great mattress. Also very quiet in house. No street noise, friendly neighbors was a surprising plus.

My family and I were in town for our nephews wedding. The VRBO was centrally located to the wedding venue and the next day gathering. The house was perfect. There were plenty of bedding, towels, bathroom supplies and the kitchen was well stocked. They have a hall closet with extra supplies of anything you could think of for personal items. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. The house was in safe gated community with a pool and jacuzzi right around the corner.Would highly recommend this property for you next Arizona vacation

Our family used this home during a family Thanksgiving reunion. It was very close to our parents house so location was great. The owner was helpful and always responsive if I had any questions. The house is clean, modern and kept up very nicely. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Thanks for helping us enjoy a memorable week.

Very good location. Property was neat & clean. There was some mix up upon arrival, but Jason made things happen upon notice. The patio area was not very orderly, for use by us. Pool area was very nice. I would recommend this property to friends.
