Stayed Apr 16, 2026The house was very clean, spacious, and was close to many good spots around town. The hosts were accommodating and very communicative, if I had any questions they were answered promptly. The beds were comfortable, and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet. We weren't in this situation but worth noting that they also had a lot of accommodations for little kids and the like. Overall, this stay was extremely pleasant and can't recommend this enough if you ever visit Utica, amazing value for the price!

Stayed Mar 26, 2026My daughter and I very much enjoyed our 3 night stay at this beautiful home. It was fully stocked with essentials, and had a very quiet neighborhood. We unexpectedly found an improv club around the corner, on our way to eat at Domonicos Italian Steakhouse in Utica. Both excellent. Margaret was very helpful and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Oct 10, 2025The house was spotless and had lots of room for our 20 month old to run around. We loved all of the toys, and the Thomas the Train bed was a huge hit. With family in the area, we are definitely going to be back.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025I would recommend this home to anyone with young children. We let the host know we had a toddler, and they had baby gates and a pack and play set up for us when we arrived as well as some age appropriate toys. The home is well loved with a fenced in back yard. The host was very accommodating and there is a grocery store right around corner. The neighborhood is quiet and there is off street parking available.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024The property was clean and well kept with a lot of amenities. The EV charger was great because I have an EV. I was in town for the World Lacrosse Championships and the host was very accomodating. I would stay here again.
