Cute little house. Very clean for the most part. One bed was very squeaky, but still comfortable. The beach was within walking distance. Listening to the frogs at night was awesome! Overall, would stay here again.

A well stocked kitchen! This house was not the fanciest I've stayed in. But the price was reasonable, and I did not expect superposh accommodations. What I do really appreciate, is a well stocked kitchen! There were ample pots and pans to cook with, and they were just nice steel pots. They were not leftover non-stick coated pans where the coating is half rubbed off. I've stayed in some fairly fancy cabins that had terribly stocked kitchens and really shabby cookware. There was foil, ziplocs, and Saran wrap. There were a few Tupperware type containers available for use. These are all pretty essential when you're cooking away from home and might have a little bit of leftovers for the weekend. A clean modest house very close to the beach, with an excellently stocked kitchen.

The home was absolutely beautiful. Very cozy. Everything was clean and well kept. The fire pit in the back was particularly pleasant. We did find this property on a search that specified “Oceanside”…and that was not the case. But that might just be an error in listing. The beach is about 4-5 blocks down the street (a minute or two to drive, about 10 min walk). But the beach itself is rather secluded and absolutely gorgeous so it was totally worth it. We have zero complaints about the house or property in any way. But it probably shouldn’t have come up in an “Oceanside” search.

We were in the area for a family reunion. We bragged about the comfort and cleanliness of our room. Definitely recommend.

This place is ok, There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs so great if you have kids. The hide-a-bed was broken so we didn't use it. Also, it gets VERY warm upstairs, no AC, and some windows wouldn't stay open. It wasn't urgent so we didn't call but keep that in mind if you can find a place with AC, I would go there. There are NO spices, not even salt and sugar so if you are planning on eating or cooking bring EVERYTHING. Also, not close to a grocery store so go ahead of time. We had planned to stop along the way but were rerouted bc of a crash. Overall a good time just some things we learned. We probably won't stay in this area again and not at this house.

The house was clean and only a five minute walk to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and secluded. House is in need of some TLC and updating. Downstairs bathtub has some duct tape that’s covering chips in the tub. A few of the blinds don’t work properly or are missing parts. Solar tube upstairs is hanging down below ceiling and not installed properly. Not very well lit and the downstairs lounge area doesn’t have a tv which makes it a little impractical for gathering at the end of the night. Tv is located upstairs in a smaller loft room. If your just look for an affordable place close to the beach and you’re going to be out this place works fine.

The property was nice and was located in a quiet neighborhood. However once we got inside it was freezing. We didn’t take off our jackets because it felt like we were outside. All of the heating units are wall heaters and the one downstairs by the stairs dont work. So we couldn’t eat or hangout downstairs we had to cook and bring our food upstairs to the game room to eat.

This home was very much as described (and as reviews stated). The neighborhood was very quiet with friendly neighbors/other travelers, and the walk to the beach was an easy five blocks. Communication with Vacasa property management was detailed via email and text, and check-in consisted of a code to a key lockbox sent via text/email the morning of arrival. The cleanliness of the home was very acceptable (wood floors, kitchen table/counters/refrigerator and bathrooms). As some reviews stated, the carpet on the stairs was stained but to be expected with a light colored rental carpet, and the downstairs couches could benefit from a steam cleaning or replacement (a bit on the soft sink-down a lot side), but nice to have the common area with the kitchen for the family to be together. The fire pit was nice, and there was plenty of wood in the garage (even though we brought our own). We were impressed with the amount of spices stocked in the kitchen and lots of essentials such as coffee filters, aluminum foil, stretch wrap as well as plenty of plates, cups, mugs, silverware and cooking pots and pans (the baking sheets were a little bit on the rusty side). Also found dishwasher soap, some laundry detergent, spray and wash, hair dryers in both bathrooms and hotel shampoo/conditioner provided. We found a kite in the garage which was a lot of fun at the beach and two boogie boards (too cold to use). We had five adults in our group and one toddler with a high chair that we brought - we did find the kitchen table to be a bit crowded between the front door and the appliances (although thinking back on it now, we could have moved the table a bit each meal to make more room . . .). We really didn't even use the upstairs game room with the television, although our grown son did try to get the XBox to work, but was never able to get a game to play. The three bedrooms worked well for us, and the double beds were comfortable with cozy bedding and additional blankets provided. Each room had its own wall heater, so everyone could control their own temperatures. In summary, I would rent this home again for my husband and myself and maybe one other couple or school age children. Due to the weather (half rainy/half sunny days) and the ages of our little grandchildren, we spent more time in the home each day than I was anticipating, and it might have been nice to have an ocean view while we were indoors and a fireplace for ambiance . . .

Windows that can't be opened or are almost falling out of frame is a little ridiculous. I don't mind older furniture or mismatched dishware.

We drove 9 hours to stay 5 night's for a family vacation. Upon arrival the garbage can was at curb totally full from previous renters & not picked up our entire stay, even on trash day. We had no where to put OUR trash! There we no trash bags, we had to go buy some. The windows were broke & would not stay up. Therefore, we could not cool off in July with air flow. The benches outside at the firepit are simply broke & pieces of wood just laying on the ground, unlike the pictures. The refrigerator was broke & leaking water on the inside & made all of our food soggy & filled the drawers with water which we had to empty 2xs a day! There were multiple lights out, including the back patio which made it hard to see anything while trying to enjoy the outdoors. The toilet flusher upstairs kept falling off making it unable to flush & we had to fix that ourselves. The mirror in the main bath is trashed, you can't even see yourself thru it - literally!! No dishwasher soap to wash dishes or anything to cook with.. everything was bare. No; oil, butter, condiments, plastic or beach cups, etc. Not even BASICS!! NOTHING WAS THERE... The pots & pans were JUNK! They were not clean & poor quality. We found various things around the house broke, the furnishings are all ready for the dump! The table upstairs wobbled at the touch of a finger. This place was beyond horrible & more of an inconvenience as we had to go buy various items which should simply be supplied & were not! And the fact of all the maintenance issues; refrigerator, windows, lights out, trash full, no supplies made our stay miserable.
