Comfortable home in golfing and boating paradise, Hot Springs Village, Arkansas

We really loved this house! The community had several amenities. The house was extremely well stocked and very clean. We will definitely stay here again!

The porperty was a very well keep and well stocked with every amenity you could think of and didn't think of. It was very comfortable and welcoming. The owner of the property was super easy to work with and very accessible to us if we needed anything. We were there Feb 12 -16 during the terrible winter storm. Stephen and Cheryl were kind enough to allowed us to stay an extra night for our safety. Despite our terrible weather experiance we can not wait to go back and stay again. I highly recommend this property and can not thank and praise Stephen and Cheryl enough for their kindness and generosity.

Great stay once again. This is our 4th or 5th time to stay and we always have a relaxing stay. The Desota golf course was closed all week due to aeration.

I would definitely stay here again. It was well equipped, and we had some questions when we arrived, and the host responded promptly and was very helpful. Beautiful property!

This is a great property for a family get away or a guy's golf outing. Very clean and well maintained home. Convenient to many activities and close to the west entrance. Will definitely stay here in our next trip.

distinct odor in the kitchen/dining area. not terrible but present. house was clean and apparently well maintained. surprised to see kitchen cabinets labeled with magic marker. cushions for the deck furniture would be a nice touch. there was no notification to gate security that we were arriving. had to dig through emails to prove we actually had a reservation. good value for the money and would use this property again. recommended.

Great stay. Nice and clean, lots of room for the entire family. The host definitely paid attention to the little things that made our visit so enjoyable. My family really appreciated the home and asked if we could come back, just to stay there again.

My family loved this home. Every room was cozy. All of the furniture was comfortable. The area is quiet. The upper level patio is spacious with a view of a golf course. We were near AR-7, so there were a few good restaurants to choose from and stores such as Walgreens and Walmart close by.Communication from the host went smoothly. I have no complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

Spacious and comfortable home sitting in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. Being located on the golf course was nice for walking or jogging in the evening. House was super clean and had what we needed for cooking/grilling. Our boys enjoyed the host having putters available to use the miniature golf course nearby.

We had such a great experience staying here! The home was exactly as described — very clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. From the moment we walked in, it felt welcoming and relaxing.

We began visiting the Hot Springs area at least once per year and sometimes more about 15 years ago, usually during horse racing season. Generally we stay in a vacation rental in Hot Springs Village. During this period of time we have stayed in many rentals. This house is, hands down, the best we've had. We cannot think of one single thing to complain about. In fact, if it is available, we will stay here in all of our future visits. I would like to compliment Mr. Robinson for his prompt attention to our questions and for meeting our every expectation. This is a 5 star property.

My family and I stayed a week at this *beautiful* house. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, there were plenty of bath towels for every person, and the living room was especially comfortable with ample seating for the six of us. The rooms allowed for privacy & every bathroom was updated & clean.The area felt very safe. We hope to make this a yearly trip & stay here again!

The owners have made improvements over the last 4 years that make the great place even better. Perfect for 3 golfing friends to stay.

We had a great stay! We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck. We had a nice 4th of July barbecue with family. It was nice to have the golf course available for walking.

Nice for 3 couples to have separate bedrooms with a bath for each group. The downstairs area perfect for the couple with a tern with it’s separate living area.

Very clean, nicely decorated home. Close to beautiful lakes, swimming, golf. Internet goes on and off frequently. Owner responds immediately to any concerns.very pleasant to work with.

Our Family trip was amazing definitely a memory to cherish. Our family enjoy the nature feel, the beautiful scenery & peaceful neighborhood. We had the pleasure of staying here while visiting from Texas. The property is located inside a gated community with plenty of food and supplies right outside the gate. The property owner was attentive to our needs and the house was wellmaintained and clean. We’ll be back for sure.

Enjoyed being on fairway. We cooked all meals at house and had everything needed,3 couples had plenty of room throughout the house and deck. Highly recommend.

Very quite neighborhood.

This house is in great shape and it is apparent that the owner takes great pride in the upkeep and cleanliness of the property. Everything we could possible need was at our disposal. We will likely try and get reservations for this property at our next annual golf trip next October.
