Security camera details: There is one security camera located on the garage below the deck/apartments. It only picks up the driveway and entry stairs. It does not pick up any sound or video of private spaces, living, or seating areas.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Excellent location 1 block off beach (could hear the surf from the front porch!) Property was just adorable…mid century modern decor, very clean & comfortable! Upon arrival the front door was ajar, and the door code didn’t work to lock the unit, but property management was quick to respond. A Keurig coffee machine was provided but no coffee service. At least one day’s worth of coffee service would be appreciated until a renter could get to a store to shop. Otherwise highly recommend this property for a stay on Galveston Island!

    We loved the location close to the beach. The bunk beds were not very good, and there was a humid/musty smell in the house. Noise from the ones living upstairs.

    The location is nice. The layout of the apartment is very efficient. Most of the furniture was ok, but the beds in both rooms are very low quality and falling apart.

    Nice place, great location, but all the mattresses are terrible. Do note as well that the four twin beds are actually rather small bunk beds... fine for kids but tight for adults

    We enjoyed our stay and loved being close to the beach. The beds weren’t the most comfortable to us. The home was clean but the comforter and shams need to be cleaned. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.

    Great location, off the beach but close to everything. Great amenities, cozy, clean and cool (very important for the beach in July). Great size for my friend and our daughters to have a wonderful visit.
