Comfortable, Cozy & Spacious Orleans Cottage on Quiet Road & Close to Everything

Beautiful property! We all had a wonderful time! The house is centrally located to beaches, restaurants and entertainment. It was well stocked with games, books and beach equipment. We hope to go back with our kids snd grandkids

House was beautiful inside and out! Gorgeous flowers! There was plenty of space for beds and bathrooms needed for our group! Orleans is a great location! Thankyou for a wonderful stay!!

Our family of 5 had a marvelous visit to Cape Cod the week before Memorial Day Weekend. The house was well appointed, kitchen full of usable options for dining and entertaining. (I cleaned out some of the kitchen drawers that had crud amongst the utensils). The amount of space for hanging, playing, and yes, even working from home, was perfect. I have bookmarked this vacation home as a Favorite and hope to stay here again.

We had a wedding in the area so we wanted to be close but also make it a vacation. This is a great house and wonderful hosts. The gardens are right out of a story book! Plenty of bedrooms and baths and we could walk to the water. Our favorite part was getting the 2 under 2 to bed and relaxing on the porch! I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation on the Cape.

I don't know where to begin on how great this house is, from the location (close to beach, shops, dinner, everything) to the spectacular flower beds and just the sheer size of this house. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a lovely note from the owners. There were 2 beautiful bouquets of flowers from the grounds as well. No need to leave the house for the hydrangea festival, they surround the house.....and a dozen different varieties. The house is well appointed with literally everything you need-toys, games, beach chairs etc and an added surprise, sheets and bath towels. No need to haul those from your own home. It comfortably fit our 2 families of 4 and 4 of those are very large teenage boys. We particularly loved the screened in porch, the pics don't do it justice, we literally never left it. The daybed is an awesome addition. One of the reasons we also rented this house was the proximity to a boat launch that is 0.3 miles from the house so it was easy to transport the kayaks using a hand held trailer. This is definitely a house we would rent again, even if our boys don't come with us!!

A great family vacation spot in a comfortable home that sleeps many and is located nicely close to Nauset beach and Skaket beach and is not far from the town of Orleans and its bike trail entrance. Lots of included amenities in the shed like boogie boards, beach chairs, outdoor games etc. that made it extra fun for the kids. The screened porch is a great spot too!

Such a lovely home and a great spot for a family vacation in Orleans. The home is beautiful....plenty of room and filled with everything we needed for the week. The back yard is perfect for hanging out...the new screened-in porch was a hit with everyone as it added more room to relax and even sleep out! The location worked well for us...convenient to Nauset and Skaket...bike ride or short car ride. Close drive to Welfleet, Chatham and easy drive to Orleans center. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this house for anyone looking for a great Cape Cod vacation!

We had a lovely family vacation at this beautiful home. The home is beautiful and has everything that you could want in a rental. Great space for sitting and relaxing, both inside and outside on the screened in deck area. The backyard is beautiful (it even has a grill) and lots of space to play around (my two year old loved running around in the backyard). The house is about 10 minutes from Nauset Beach and 10 minutes from Skaket Beach, both very easy to get to. Also a quick ride into town (not really walkable). The owners were so easy to deal with and very responsive. I can't recommend this house enough, it was a great stay and we created such lovely memories.

We enjoyed a family vacation at this wonderful home. The gardens surrounding the home are very beautiful and the yard is private - perfect to relax or play. The location is situated in quite neighborhood, close to the water, about equally distance (5-10 minutes) to Atlantic or Bay beaches. Also downtown Orleans is 5 minute drive. The Cape Cod bike trail intersects downtown, which I highly recommend. The owners couldn't be more helpful/responsive. The interior is very nice, 2 king beds are super comfortable, great room is perfect to read or play a game, fully equipped kitchen, great deck to back yard and outdoor shower is a fun change. Yep, we are definitely going back!

Three generations of our family spent our best beach vacation so far at this home and loved it so much we have already reserved it for next summer. The spacious and comfortable house is beautfully furnished and decorated, the kitched was well equiped and stocked, the outdoor shower was a hit, and the gardens are more than beautiful. The location is ideal for venturing near and far all over the Cape. The owners are kind, generous and most interested in all of their guests having a wonderful stay in their lovely cottage. It was perfect.
