Jason's house was very comfortable and clean and conveniently located -- just moments away from Downtown Rockland. It was off-season, but the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Jason was very responsive to our questions. We had a lovely, lowkey weekend.

This was the perfect place to stay for a family wedding weekend. Loved sitting on the deck with my morning coffee looking out over the harbor. Very quite neighborhood. Located a couple minutes from downtown Rockland, Owls Head Transportation just down the street along with the State Park. Wedding venue was 3 miles away in South Thomaston. It was exactly as described, comfy, cozy and allowed pets. Fenced in yard for the dog was a huge plus. Hosts were great. Would definitely stay here again!

A classic Costal Maine cottage. Very simple, comfortable beds, beautiful view. Only there one night, but would definitely book it again.

Nice place to stay. The furniture has been worked over hard by someone's pet. Incidentally, it's not the same furniture shown in the VRBO listing. If I was staying for more than one night, I might have been a little unhappy about the state of the leather sofa. For us, it was a perfect spot to reorganize and cook a meal before going to the airport. Over all, the house is clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner is unobtrusive. No multiple phone calls or texts, which I very much appreciate. Overall, it is a nice place to stay. The view of the water is great.

Nice cozy spot that made a great home base for us to explore the beautiful area. Lots to see from beaches to state parks. The view from Mt. Battie is amazing. Lot of places to get good food. The place has all that you would need and is very comfortable and well kept.

Our family enjoyed staying in this cute cottage. The host was very helpful and quick to respond when we had trouble getting into the location upon arrival. We had a great time hanging out on the front porch and relaxing in the evening. We definitely wished we could have stayed another night or two to relax and explore the area a little more, maybe sometime in the future.

Cute home with a view of the coast. Comfy couches, well equipped kitchen. Short flight of steps to enter house. Not fancy but didn’t expect that from the accurate description. Great location for exploring Rockland. Would stay again if in the area. As a person allergic to dogs, I appreciated the hard flooring as whomever is cleaning does a great job of removing pet dander from previous users of the home. Thank you for a great stay.

Just stayed one night. Only slept there. Didn’t use kitchen but seemed to be stocked well enough. It is small and tight in kitchen and living room but works. Bedrooms were comfortable. Bathroom has no counter space. Nice view. Not a walkable area from house. A good value for three bedrooms.

Amazing View from the deck and living room/kitchen area. Close to all sorts of Lighthouses, Beach Areas, and towns from Belfast, Camden, Rockport, Rockland, Owls Head, Thomaston, Warren, etc. Lobster Festival 2024 was the 77th Annual and packed full of all sorts of activities with 5 days. Geology Sailing with Captain Tyler of Morning in Maine was fantastic. Learned all sorts of info about the wildlife, migrations, lobstering, and sailing. No frills place to stay with an amazing view and close proximity to all sorts of activities and locations. Cycling and kayaking was very easy from the house and many locations within 10-15 minutes. Schoolhouse Farm and Dragons Breath Pottery were 2 great finds. Farm foods and local handmade pottery. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
