Comfortable & Clean | 2 King Beds | Single Level

Very cozy, clean and comfortable. This is a great home away from home! Convenient to restaurants & wineries, it was a perfect place to stay for us.

Great location for exploring wine country. Perfectly located in Dundee for what we came for which included wineries in Newberg, Yamhill-Carlton and Dundee. The house was very comfortable with lots of room to relax. The backyard is very private and pleasing. Beds were comfortable. The only suggestion I would make would be to add mirrors in the two bedrooms that share a bath as it’s nice to be able to get ready (makeup and hair) while others are using the bathroom. Otherwise it was a lovely home and very convenient. I highly recommend the following: Durant for olive oil tasting and a hike through the olive grove and vineyard, wine tasting at Moffett, Cramoisi and Raindance, the pizza at Forage in Newberg and an excellent dinner at Hayward in Carlton.

The place was great, but could definitely use a new couch, as the current one has no firmness left & is rather uncomfortable. We tried to light the fire pit but the gas tank was empty.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again! The communication from booking through checkout was fantastic and always quick with a response. The house was great (just as advertised) and the location was perfect as we could walk everywhere for meals. Highly recommend staying here, you'll be glad you did!

Great location, quiet neighborhood. The Trellis graciously fed us after we arrived which was 9pm. So many great wineries we enjoyed-White Walnut Estate, Stoller, Duck Pond, le bibliotheca, Dominque Luminex, yamhill Winery. Thank you!

Everything was as advertised and generally very good. A couple of improvements that could be easily made: A/C turned off at night and all 3 couples complained of waking at night sweaty and too hot. Toilets are too low and should be updated to ADA height. Master bed is too high and was very difficult to get into. We had to take a photo of salt and pepper to prove we did not have shakers that worked (bad PR move).

The location was perfect for visiting the various wineries and vineyards in the area as well as popping over to Portland for dinner and sights. Very spacious, excellent location, and incredibly welcoming hosts!!

This 3-bedroom home is beautifully appointed and was perfect for our family to use as a home base in Oregon Wine country. The owners were very amenable to our specific asks and set everything up just as we had asked before we arrived. Because wheelchair accessibility was important to us, they provided accurate information in advance about what we would find and how it could work. We used the deck and grill one night and had a relaxing evening at home. Would highly recommend.

Home was cute, clean, comfortable. Enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing backyard. Communications with property management were excellent. Would definitely stay again if in need of lodging in the area.

The house was perfect for our 3 person stay. Very well kept yard with beautiful landscaping. The welcome gifts were such a nice touch. There were games and the info book on local wineries and food was very thorough. The house was well stocked and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back.

The Roost in Dundee was a perfect location for our recent visit to beautiful Oregon wine country. The house was so comfortable and clean. More than enough room for four people. The amenities were well thought out and covered all our needs. I highly recommend it.

This property is so nice!! It is very well maintained and very well appointed. From the moment we walked in, we felt instantly welcomed...the hosts thought of everything: snacks, wine, black towels for make-up, and little soaps from a local soap company. It is within walking distance to restaurants (and wineries, if you walk a bit further), so a great location. The backyard is SO beautiful - gardens and tall trees...we spent each morning drinking coffee and each evening enjoying the bottles of wine we had purchased, on the backyard deck. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable...the whole place is just so cozy! The property managers we extremely responsive to any inquiry we had, and even got us connected to one of their winery tour partners, to have a driver to some wineries. They also have a concierge service, should you need it and offered delicious places for lunch and dinner. HIGHLY recommend!
