Comfortable Beach Cottage w/Pool & Awesome Backyard, just steps to Beach

Awesome location, only takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach, public access at 21st Avenue. Great pool, very clean, comfortable beds. Walking distance to restaurants (be forewarned many places are closed Mondays or Mon & Tue). We’ve stayed in the area many times, always in a condo. This was our favorite place. Only one complaint and that’s that a previous guest stained and scratched a lot of the pans. There were four of us staying here, and both my teenage kids had their own room. We also had family members visit us and there was ample room for us to have dinner and hang out together. The grill worked great. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

We enjoyed our first trip to IRB! The cottage was nice. 10/10 backyard and pool! The home is older but definitely has the beach feel. Easy 5min walk to the beach. Beach area was never crowded. Ocean was amazing! Don’t miss the sunsets over the ocean-stunning! We didn’t cook at the cottage or use utensils but looked like everything was well stocked. Also, if you would like a good dolphin tour check out Sea Screamer in Clearwater. We saw tons of dolphins up close-so cool and captains were great!

This was the perfect vacation spot for a Girls trip!! The house was super clean and the backyard pool area was so relaxing. Also very easy and quick access to the beach. The host was very easy to get ahold of and the house had everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Everything was great!

Great house with a great location!The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need while on vacation. There was plenty of spices and condiments available. The coffee maker is a Keurig and can make a pot or a cup of coffee. There were coffee filters in the house and a generous quantity of K-cups to get you started. Paper towels, garbage bags, hand soaps, dish soap and dw detergent are all supplied. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Ceiling fans in all three BRs is extremely helpful.The bathrooms are tight, but clean with plenty of towels! Both bathrooms had enough body washes to get us started. Brett supplies plenty of toilet paper.The star of this property is the backyard. The pool and pool deck are wonderful. We had five adults in our party and there was plenty of room in the pool and seating around the pool for everyone. There are multiple pool toys and floaties in the pool shed for use. Brett also provides beach pool/beach towels.In the garage you'll find two beach wagons with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas...even a cooler!The location of the house is ideal for parking your car and walking everywhere...to the beach, to the restaurants, to the park, etc...We've been to IRB multiple times and continue to appreciate it more each time we visit. The local quiet hours (from10PM - 7AM) seemed to be honored by everyone. IRB is your destination if you want to chill and relax and this house allowed us to do that.

Great house, it had everything we needed, wonderful location.

My family loved the private pool, and the quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed how close we were to the beach and the number of great restaurants nearby. The host was easy to talk to and was quick to respond when we needed him. This was a great place to stay, and we can’t wait until we can come back again.

Me and my family from Germany had a great stay. Brett is a very easy host to work with. The garden with heated pool was used all the time by the whole family. We will be happy to be back!

House was perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed, a nice kitchen, the pool was great since we had our 11 month old and we enjoyed the grill. Communication with the host was clear and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

The pictures do not do the property justice. The kitchen area with all windows stepping out into the pool area and backyard was amazing. The beach was steps away from the house. The restaurants in the area were fantastic as well. We will definitely book here again.

Great location. House was beautiful. Was surprised that one bathroom was in the hall between the king room and twin room and the other was on the other side of the house in the queen room. I was expecting the king room to be the “main” bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property in a perfect location! Clean and light and well kitted out. The pool is lovely and there’s plenty of outside space to relax in. 2 min walk to a stunning white sand beach. Lots of great restaurants in easy reach - we went to Guppy’s, Crabby Bill’s and Keegan’s and all were really good. Good communication from Brett throughout, would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway for My 40th!I stayed here with my best friend to celebrate my 40th birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! We absolutely love this area—it was our second trip to IRB, but our first time staying at this cottage, and it will definitely not be our last.The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—plenty of towels, beach chairs, even a wagon to roll everything down to the sand (just a quick 5-7-minute walk away!). The inside decor is very modern and stylish, with an open layout that made it feel spacious and inviting.The pool was a dream—private, and surrounded by lush landscaping that made it feel like our own little oasis. We walked to local restaurants, and caught the most beautiful sunsets on the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and friendly, which made everything feel even more relaxing.This place made turning 40 feel like a dream vacation—and we’re already planning our next girls’ trip back!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The pool was absolutely gorgeous—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. One of the things we appreciated most was how family-friendly the setup was. The kids could safely play outside while we spent quality time together or took the occasional work call from inside the house. It really allowed us to balance work and family in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and practical getaway!

We have stayed at a lot of rental houses in Florida, NC, SC, and AL. This one was our favorite. The pictures don't do it justice, we were shocked upon walking in at how much bigger the living room and kitchen were than expected. The pool and location are perfect. It is a short two blocks to the beach, you have to cross the main road in Indian Rocks, but there is a crosswalk with a button to signal drivers to stop and they all did immediately. The beach was perfect. It was never crowded like many that we've been to but also wasn't empty, it was exactly the number of people that I want to be around on the beach. We were only there for a few days in mid-July, but the water was the best temperature I've ever felt. And calm. There was still enough waves to feel like The Gulf. We spent more time in the Gulf here than in any other Gulf location or Ocean location because it was so amazing. I also didn't think twice about leaving my phone or other slight valuables in our camp even when all of us were in the water.This next part isn't advertised and I can see why, you don't want to guarantee these things as an owner, but as a cook and as a musician I have to mention that there is so much more there than any other place we have rented. There is a guitar there, there is an air fryer, a toaster oven, all the cooking utensils you need and my favorite, there were condiments, spices, cooking oils and cooking sprays. 10/10, we will be back.

Amazing property near to the beach ad very comfy with exceptional backyard and pool that we enjoy in Family

This house was in a great location. Just blocks to the beach. House and pool was clean and kitchen had your basics for cooking. Host was great with communication when we had questions. Only downside was sheer curtains in queen bedroom and by bathroom which had a waterfall glass door. Made it hard to change without a view to a window. Overall would definitely recommend this house and book here again.

This place was amazing!! It felt like home and it wasn't missing a thing for someone like me flying in from New York. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, beds were comfy, all linens and towels even for the pool which was fantastic!!! Shampoo conditioner, soap all the little things. The wagon with chairs and umbrellas were great for going to the beach and sunset was gorgeous! The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants, ice cream. Brett was responsive to every question and details which was so nice. He was even able to accommodate a late check out for a very small fee on the last day since we didn't fly out til 5. We had a family of 6 all adults and there was plenty of room. The yard was big and so pretty with palm trees and flowers, the pool with floats and then the horse show pit added bonus. Thank you for an amazing stay Brett we will definitely be back

I cannot say enough about this place and the owners. Would rate higher if I could. House was very spacious for our family of 4 adults and two children. Every amenity possible inside and also including lots of pool toys and beach equipment. The pool is amazing!!!! Kids didn’t want to get out. Beach is a short five minute walk. We saw a dolphin, a manatee and a stingray in the ocean from the beach and a turtle nest on the beach. Sunsets were stunningly gorgeous. Would highly recommend this house if you want a great place to stay in Indian Rock.

This house was perfect for our family of 4 grandparents. The beach is a short walk away, and there are fun little restaurants and bars also within walking distance or a quick drive down the road.

We stayed here for the Metallica concert and a beach weekend, the house was clean and Brett was an awesome host!

This is our 5th family reunion at this property, and it has always been perfect. The pool and backyard are designed for family fun and the perfect beach is only a short walk away ( even this 70 Nana made the walk with no stress). We highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at this house in Indian rocks beach. The house was very clean and the pool area has tons of seating to relax. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. Will 100% stay here again. There was also beach wagons and bikes to use!

This adorable 3 bedroom 2 full bath single family Vrbo listed home with the perfect size swimming pool was more than we hoped for. It had a classic beach feel with eclectic touches of decor. We enjoyed our privacy while we woke up and while winding down in the evening. We would definitely book with them again. Couldn’t ask for nicer people to help you with your stay.

We moved away from the area a couple of years ago but still travel down to IRB at least 2 times a year. We always book a rental in the general are near the 21st street beach access which is also close to restaurants and the bakery. What a find this particular home is. Great location, very clean, and well equipped. As a matter of fact, this home was the best equipped and most welcoming of any place we have stayed. From things for the pool/beach to kitchenware, this place has it all. The owner was very responsive to any questions and checkin/out was a breeze. Our only regret is we did not stay longer but we will be back.

The best part of this property is the backyard and location to the beach. It was nice to wake up and decide if it was going to be a beach day, pool day, or both!

The location of this cozy house is in a safe, quiet residential area, but the beach and oceanfront is easily accessible via a short walk. But, with the pool and backyard, there is really no need to leave! This was a relaxing place to unwind and connect with family, and well-stocked with coffee, towels, soaps, kitchen items, which was very appreciated! I felt comfortable allowing my teenage kids to go on short walks in this neighborhood. We all loved our stay this week and would absolutely book here again!

The house is perfect for families with kids or infants like we had. The house is very clean and stocked with all kitchen items and plenty of beach items, including a wagon and beach toys. The pool has floats available to use as well. The backyard is a paradise! We loved our stay and look forward to a return visit next year. The host is great at communicating and handled a small problem we had the same day. I would highly recommend this property!

This property continues to meet all of our expectations and more. Definitely deserves all 5 stars It is a beautiful home, clean and close to the beach.

It was great it was beautiful but hot water heater didn’t have enough water for full shower for one person and we know it was cold but pool heater only ran portion of day water never got above 68 degrees. So we were never able to swim

This was a great place to stay. Everything was clean and in order. Communication with the host was excellent. We especially liked the beach access just a couple blocks away and the pool.

Our original rental fell through 6 weeks before our vacation so this rental was a last minute find. Not what we normally rent or area we rent in but not bad for last minute. Owner was very nice and great communication.

The cottage is comfortable and clean. It has everything we need for our family vacation. Very close to beach and the attractions we planed to visit. The backyard is pretty and kids had a lot of fun in the heated pool. Had a nice talk with Brett. Thank you for everything! Looking forward to staying here again for our next visit.
