This home features a reverse living design with the kitchen and living area upstairs while half of the bedrooms are located downstairs, along with access to the private hot tub and ground-level deck. The large upstairs balcony features a BBQ, outdoor furniture, and plenty of space to enjoy Sunriver's fabulous year-round sunshine.
This home is close to a bike path that will provide you with access to Fort Rock Park and over 40 miles of hiking and biking opportunities. The Village at Sunriver is just a short drive away and offers a variety of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mt. Bachelor is just over 20 miles away, offering a variety of winter and summer outdoor activities.

The house was great size and perfect for 8 people! Kitchen was stocked great. Cleanliness of the house could be improved significantly. Showers, floors, countertops & bedding were good but everything was very very dusty, like the blinds and tops of dressers. Empty cans and trash underneath furniture. Lots of fans were provided which was great, but for not having any AC I feel the fans should be cleaned. They were EXTREMELY dusty. The outlets didn't work in the downstairs bathroom. Also a heads up, the listing doesn't say there is sharc passes or a coffee pot so I messaged host to ask and they confirmed there was not, but there were both a coffee pot and sharc passes which we definitely used and loved! Overall good stay. We would consider renting this house again if the cleaning was improved.
Great location and floor plan but this house needs some TLC. A deep clean inside and outside would do wonders (heavy dust on blinds, garage dirty, cobwebs on high windows also bits of trash around the outside) Refreshing and upgrading the the plastic patio furniture would make it much more enjoyable space, as would replacing the many chipped dinner plates.

Nice house with good set up but needs a bit of a refresh. Carpets were stained, pillows horribly flat, kitchen not well stocked.
This house was large enough to accommodate our family and we loved the hot tub!
Sty was fine, nice upgrades only issue was that the carpet had a lot of dog hair and we had children playing on the carpet.
Clean house, comfy beds. Nicely laid out, appreciate the extras like ping pong table, great tv with Netflix included, clean hot tub and good bikes. Gas grill not working as well as 2 of 4 stovetops. Otherwise kitchen well kitted out and working.
Close to the park. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Home had everything we needed.
Loved the ping pong table, great living room and kitchen area for 8 people and a dog. The entire house met our needs and we all had a blast!
The house was so spacious and accommodating for our large family. Plenty of room for us all to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was perfect for prepping our family Thanksgiving Dinner! Being so close to Fort Rock Park was also a big bonus. Great memories were made this weekend and we are thankful to have had the opportunity to make them in this amazing home!
