Comfortable and fun! Pool, game room, outdoor living spaces, great location ++++

Awesome property, kids and adults all loved the pool! The host was very communicative and left well detailed info on the house. Definitely recommend staying here!

We truly appreciated how attentive and kind they were throughout our stay.The kitchen was well-equipped and made it easy for our family to enjoy meals together, which added to the overall home-away-from-home feeling. The pool was also a great highlight—clean, inviting, and a fun bonus for the kids.Traveling with our kids and my mother can sometimes be challenging, but everyone felt comfortable and at ease here. The house was a perfect place for us to stay. Location is great and easy to find. The house had plenty of supplies for our stay. The pool was amazing and clean. We loved the outdoor spaces.

Home is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool table and the outdoor backyard was nice to sit and visit.

We had such a wonderful stay. The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The beds were cozy, the kitchen well stocked and we truly felt right at home. The host was very responsive and made the whole check in process sealmless. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very comfortable. Cleanliness and the smell inside the house was so refreshing. Home away from home was very relaxing. The house was fully equipped with everything u needed. We had a great time.

We were visiting our kids and grandchildren, so having a quiet place to begin and end our days was perfect. We didn't use most if the many amenities but appreciated their availability. Beds, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable and that's most important to me.

Everything was great besides cleanliness. Showers didn't drain properly (almost flooding) and there was crayons and trash under couches. Grime on floor especially around baseboards, oven was gross. Fridge wasn't wiped inside and not enough towels for the people we registered at booking. Dirty cabinets and cups/plates etc. would book again if properly clean cause pool table was awesome!

We had so much fun as a family together at Rocky’s place. The game room was a hit. It has lots of space, comfortable beds and a kitchen with all we needed.

We stayed here for a weekend golf tournament for our daughter and the house worked out really well for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The house was clean, the linens were fresh, and the beds were comfortable.The family enjoyed playing pool and darts. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, including lots of herbs and spices. Rocky was very responsive and easy to work with, and check-in was smooth with no issues. Overall, it was a great place for our weekend stay

The place was ok but there were some sort of bugs that bit me every night. I’m still scratching these bites a week later

This was an ideal set up for a group of golfers to meet in the Phoenix area and play and unwind. Convenient location to get to multiple golf courses. The pool table, outdoor seating area, and large kitchen table were great. Also, wonderful restaurant recommendations from the host. Thank you!!!

Perfect place to have fun! Updated and clean, the backyard is designed to be comfortable day or night. Can’t say enough about Rocky and Leanne as hosts. Easy check-in and check out and immediate communication, when needed, throughout our stay. 5 stars, we will definitely be back.

The house was nice. We had a great time in the pool but the owner needs a better cleaning crew. Small details that were pointed out to the owner so hopefully things will be improved for the next guests. The slow cooker wasn't working properly but the owner had one delivered the same day.

The house was perfect for our trip. It was a quick weekend getaway for a concert we attended. The pool was awesome to have in the heat too. Very neat and clean property. The game room was awesome too. There was plenty of room for us. I would definitely stay again and recommend this house for people with guests of no more than 6-8 people. Great relaxing house to hangout in.

This house is in a pretty decent area, the drive to attractions and dining options can range from 15-30 mins depending on your needs. The pool was nice and clean. The kitchen is stocked with a lot of things you may need for cooking. There were some coffee pods provided as well. Lots of space for kids, even board games. The Internet worked well and the tvs too. We would definitely book again if we ever come back to Phoenix. The property owner is also easy to communicate with and very nice! Definitely recommend.

This property wowed us tremendously! We loved our stay. The host was helpful with check-in and even sent us a text welcoming us, how to use our code on the door, and how to use the thermostat. We did notice the property could have been cleaned better with a need to replace the furnace filter and floor sweeping that hadn't been done. Also, the thermostat kept adjusting without us doing it. But all that was minor. Our children LOVED the swimming pool and the pool table with dart board!!! Thank you for an AMAZING stay!!!! If in the area again, we would stay again.

Property was as described, the pool was amazing, house was stocked well, ac worked well, absolutely no complaints at all! Nice centrall location, quite neibor hood, a great place for families, my kids loved playing in the pool and really enjoyed the game room! The beds were comfortable. Awesome place!

The property is quaint & cozy. The rooms accomodated 5 adults & 3 children easily & effortlessly. The pool & outdoor area is a nice touch. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. The host is very responsive & fixed any issues immediately. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I stayed in this house for a little under a week; we were traveling for my best friend's college graduation. The property is just as described and the owners were responsive and very accommodating. We did have a little trouble with checking in and just a few odds and ends around the house (mostly because of unfamiliarity), but we would absolutely stay here again. There are many restaurants and stores within 10-15 minutes of the property and the neighborhood is super quiet. It was a fun and relaxing trip. :)

Our group stayed at the home as part of our baseball spring experience. The home is conveniently located near the freeway which helped us get to our destinations easily. The home is warm and welcoming. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the beautiful kitchen. We were impressed by the bathrooms and the shower water pressure. It has a pool but we did not use it. However, we enjoyed the fire pit at night and had a blast playing pool. And we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and proximity of grocery stores. We would return again.

Great place to stay

We chose this location for two compelling reasons: first, it's conveniently next door to our in-laws, and second, it offers an incredible array of entertainment options. The water pressure in the showers is outstanding, and the fire pit outside is perfect for engaging late-night conversations. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup!

We were in the area for family weekend for our college freshman and used Rocky’s VRBO as our landing spot. The property is exactly as described and was perfect for our family of 4 adults. We made good use of the pool table, dart board, and swimming pool, which kept everyone off their phones and being together. ❤️ Rocky’s customer service is top notch and made the renting experience so easy.
