Comfortable and Clean Townhouse, One Block From beach

Very neat and clean home, close to the beach. Location is in the middle of everything and parking is easy. We will be back here in the future for our next visit. Thank you !

Awesome place to stay

Loved the location as it was near beach and pool access! Our family loved the pool the most! Would recommend a deep clean as several areas were dusty. Kitchen was stocked with lots of choices of pots and pans. Also, loved that they had beach toys for the kids on back deck! Great option for family vacation! Thank you!

This was an older property but well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot and had great pressure. It was motorcycle week and we were surrounded with noisy motorcycles both early in the morning and again late at night. This was not anything the owners were responsible for however. The owner (Lily) was very responsive to my questions and I appreciated her quick replies. The property manager (Amber) went above and beyond helping us. We did not have tv connection and she came over on her day off no less and spent over an hour fixing the problem. She continued to contact us and see if we were experiencing any problems. Her kindness went a long way in making our vacation a pleasant one. Kudos to Amber!

We found the home in fine condition with all of the features listed.Clean and well provisioned.Private patio with grill and proximity to beach were a plus.Communication with host was exemplary.I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

The property was exactly as advertised. It was very well stocked with the essentials we needed. The host was immediately responsive to the 2 questions we had. The beach was a five minute walk away, and the beach towels and chairs were great. The washer/dryer worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this house and stay there again if I visited Myrtle Beach again.

Overall great stay! Suggestion extra towels and beach towels. Spare keys as well, due to lock failure. Host was awesome and easy to communicate with. Easy to work with. Definitely will be back. Great location

It was a quick stay for us but for the time we did spend at the house we were pleased as it met all of our needs for the weekend.

This was a really nice home for our weekend stay. It is as described and only a three minute walk to the beach! I liked the barbecue area and the full kitchen and laundry room. The host is very pleasant and helpful and we would definitely book this home again

Lily was an amazing and super responsive host, we got to meet her on checkin day and was super friendly. The location is very convenient with the little area it being in felt safe with all nice guests at fellow houses we met at the pool. Would reccomend and would stay again! We stayed with our 2 teenagers and we all loved it and it was very spacious. Thank you again Lily for a beautiful, convenient house!

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything that we needed. About a block and a half from the beach. Easy walking distance. The pool was nice and clean. The kids really enjoyed it. We liked that you can walk to many places including mini golf, ice cream and souvenir shops. Would stay here again.

We had a great vacation at this beach getaway. The home was clean and just as advertised. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, putt putt golf, etc. The owner was very easy to reach when I had a question. I highly recommend this vacation home and host!

This was a great property with plenty of room for our family. The location was great- walkable to the beach, mini golf, and some shopping. A short drive to many other areas to shop and play. Owner was quick to respond and made check in a breeze. Would stay again!

Overall this listing was spot on. All the amenities, how close it is to everything, Lily is quick to respond, it truly had everything you need, and we stayed for a week. This was our first time visiting myrtle beach and we are already wanting to come back in summer months and would absolutely rent this house again!Only reason I gave it a 4 in cleanliness is some of the walls could use a cleaning. Also, the wheels on the bottom rack of the dishwasher are not there so be careful pulling it out, but it still works! Id give the house like a 4.8 stars out of 5 overall!
