Stayed Jul 23, 2025The listing is accurate and the house is very roomy with 3 different living spaces. Biggest issue was the water was not turned on when we arrived and didn't get turned on until the following morning. Host did drop off 3 cases of water which we had to use to flush toilets in addition to drinking and refunded our first night. He was very responsive but it was disappointing. Seemed that the house had not been rented in awhile considering the water issue, dust and dishwasher was not clean inside. This is the 2nd time in 4 rentals in the Houston area that didn't have the water turned on when we arrived. Something I'll definitely add to my questions before arrival from now on!

Stayed Mar 7, 2025This location isn't luxury, but it's clean and comfortable. The dishwasher was fully loaded when we arrived, but the dishes were all clean, so no problem there. The check in/out instructions were very basic, which kept the process easy and low stress. I would definitely come back again.
