Stayed Oct 31, 2024I have stayed in Southern Dunes many times and each time it was pleasant and clean . I am very dissappointed this time . the people that manage this property are doing a very poor job . The pictures are decieving. The house is not clean.I found an underwear under the bed . The carpet needed vacuumed.I tried using their vacuum cleaners, but both did not suck up anything. Perhaps it was because they were so full of dirt and hair. I had to entertain my guest in a living room that quite frankly made me embarrassed how dirty it looked. Another thing that made me very upset, this management has the odasity to think it is ok for guests to use a blanket that had not one but 4 holes big enough that I could fit my fist through each hole.I took a piicture of it if you want proof.I think the owner should seriously consider new management . If he chooses not to,my suggestion , remove this home from your listing

Stayed Jan 31, 2024Lots of room, comfortable beds and furniture and the pool was nice and warm. There were lots of little things that needed fixing and the pool and area need some scrubbing and TLC. Overall good stay, but not the 5 star exceptional rating that it was given.

Stayed Jul 12, 2023The property was in a very quiet community with friendly neighbors. The kids loved the pool. It was a great getaway to just relax and have fun.

Stayed Mar 3, 2023All in all the house was great as was the pool area. However there should be directions on how to use the tv. There was only one dish towel in the kitchen. There were only a few spoons available; was washing them constantly. And directions on what to do with linens upon checking out.

Stayed Jan 15, 2022It was easy to check-in. The property management center as responsive to my needs quickly and efficiently. We had a great experience. The heated pool was fantastic after being at Legoland and the aquarium. Great visit. Short of fixing the cold, rainy weather the visit was everything we needed.

Stayed Dec 10, 2021Overall the house was great. Our only criticism was the internet and cable were not working and I had to have to host and cable technician come during the stay. This was a downer as we all just wanted to relax when we were there and without tv and internet….
