Comfortable 3 bedroom 3 bath beach house .pool..3 minute walk to beach.

The location is great! It's only a short walk to South Beach. It was also nice to have a pool in the backyard. The house is roomy and fit our family of six adults quite well. While we did not meet the host, he contacted us prior to our arrival with instructions and a way to contact him if necessary.I cannot give a five star rating because the bath and bed linens were old, worn out, and stained. The kitchen was disorganized, with old food in the refrigerator and cupboards. Many of the dishes and glassware needed to be rewashed as they were not thoroughly cleaned before putting them away.This was an expensive stay and did not meet our expectations of cleanliness. In fact, I needed to purchase new sheets and towels for the stay.

Great place! Host Uncle Jim is phenomenal. We had a wonderful time. Jim is very quick to help whenever needed. I have to say after using VRBO for nearly 14 years; Jim not only sets the bar, but IS the bar for all owners/hosts. You will not regret your stay. Beach is a quick walk away, but why not just drive the lifted 6 person golf cart, and arive in style. Pet friendly, and just a great tucked away beach home. Thank you Jim for your hospitality! The home was super clean and ready for our stay. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of towels and things. Our kids loved having the pool to chill out in after a day at the beach. The golf cart was a convenient way to get to south beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location, literally minutes away from the beach. So cozy and welcoming. The kitchen is stocked just like home. If you need something, just look, it's there. All of your needs are anticipated. SO CLEAN! We were overwhelmed by the beauty of this property. Pictures don't do it justice. We would love to bring our kids and grandkids back with us next year. This was the best rental ever!So clean and spacious... cannot say enought about the communication end above my expectations... I wanted to cancel my flight and stay another week or 3

This was a great location!A 5 min walk to the beach, not far from downtown Vero, a Pizza place 1block away and a couple restaurants within walking.The house was nice and suited our needs perfectly!I guess the only negative I would have was the pool area, which was nice, just didn’t get enough sun for me because of trees. But I’m a sun person!Also, if you were there when it was a little warmer, you might like that option. The owner was very quick to get back to me when I had any questions.I only wish we had rented for 2 weeks.Was very clean also!

Wonderful house close to the beach! Everything we needed for a great week at the beach!

I've been going to Vero for 20 years and usually stay north of town but we needed more space this trip. Really enjoyed this house, east of A1A, super close to the beach. We had fun on the golf cart, took it to town via back roads multiple times (Club and Ocean dr). The house itself was more spacious that expected, just bathrooms a bit dated. Plenty of space for our party of 6 and house had a baby pack and play and a high chair. We loved the screened in porch and pool area too!

Easy, quick access to the beach. House has everything you’d need! Lovely setting.

We will go back stay at this property again. Very clean, nice location and within walking distance to the beach but Jim has a golf cart we used. He is so kind. He called to check in on us and answered several questions i had. Great host.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood, it was clean, it's super close to the beach, grocery, restaurants, and the pool was nice. It was a great perk having a set of wheels to go around the island. The home is a little dated but everything was in working order. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is a great place to stay in Vero. Short golf cart ride or walk to the beach. Close to the restaurants and bars. It has a nice pool to cool off in and lots of space inside. The host, Jim, is awesome also.
