Comfort with outdoor paradise

The host, Cathy, was very responsive. Check in and out was a breeze. The house was clean and as described. There was a big backyard, and the location was close to good food, parks and museums. Definitely recommend!

Good communication and easy to work with owners. Glad we rented here. Worked out well for a family of five with good accommodations and location.

Amenities, located, and good communication.

This was our second time staying here and definitely had more issues the second time. Had issues with the hot water heater and brought it to the attention of the host and ended up taking hours to be taken care of. Also, the cleanliness was iffy as there were dead spiders and scorpions found as well. The place is great but does have a few drawbacks to it.

We were very pleased with this home. Very tranquil energy and quiet neighborhood. It’s in a central location in the valley and close to the freeways. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils/dishes/silverware that we could need, which is so thoughtful and helpful. The ambiance of the home is great and it was very clean. The backyard is beautiful and allowed for my senior dogs to be comfortable while traveling. Host was excellent and communicated clearly with quick responses. Highly recommend and we look forward to our next stay.

The host was wonderful and communicated quickly and clearly. The place; beautiful and clean with large yard that’s very accessible for people like me who bring along their fur babys. I’d definitely book again!

Clean, inviting home! Good low traffic area! Was a great location for everything we did! All the beds were super comfy! Huge backyard with lots of seating! And a great host! Would definitely stay here again and again!

Cathy has clearly put a ton of work into renovating this house. All the amenities you need and a beautiful backyard to relax with your coffee in the morning or a beverage in the evening, weather permitting.

It was a very nice place to have some family over to be able to cook in a kitchen and allow people to have family time and not be stepping all over each other like you would be in a hotel room and having the separate bedrooms so that when people wanna go to bed and other people want to stay up, they’re able to

Located in a quiet neighborhood with the most beautiful yard with lots of chairs and tables in a southwest setting. Had a very pleasant experience would come here again.

The property was perfect for our needs. Easy traveling to and from the airport, grocery store and Old Town Scottsdale. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Wifi was able to support all three of us working remotely. We had a wonderful stay, thank you for sharing your property with us!
