Comfort house

I cannot in good conscience recommend this property. Although the house was adequate and although many of the other reviews rate it quite highly, I can tell you first hand that if something goes wrong, you will not have an easy time getting help and support from the host. Even before our trip started, the host was difficult to get ahold of, just for basic questions. When we arrived, 3 hours after check-in, the property had not yet been cleaned. The owner told us the cleaners would be right over, but it took them 45 minutes to arrive and another 90 minutes to clean. I had to threaten to leave and find other lodging before the owner took me seriously. He verbally offered to compensate us, and so we stayed. Our trip ended on Jan 1st and I have waited to post this review in the hopes that he would keep his promise of compensation, but he hasn't. If I have to boil it down, it's this: This host obviously doesn't care about customer service. There were a few problems with this rental, but in order to get anything resolved, I had to ask and ask and ask. If you still feel like this is the property for you, you need to know that the driveway is *incredibly* steep. You do have access to the garage, but if you have a large vehicle, like a Suburban or Expedition, you won't be able to make it up over the edge of the driveway into the garage without hitting the garage door. I can't imagine how someone with mobility issues would be able to manage.

Beautiful house! Great location! The house was clean! There were 3 towels in the house. We needed 6. We had to buy bath and kitchen towels. The trash hadn’t been picked up by the street so we didn’t have space for our trash. The key code didn’t work. We were to use the code and push a check mark. The key pad does not have a check mark. May have had these issues because it was Christmas holidays?

Nice place to stay

Very clean and comfortable.

Kitchen set up was fine. A couple of baking sheets would have helped.Pet policy did not apply.When we have need for accommodations in Cullman we will check on availability for this property first. It was very clean, spacious, convenient to everything and in a nice quiet neighborhood.I definitely would recommend it to anyone.

The shower curtain had never been washed and it had black mold on it and needs to be changed. The floors had not been moped if you took off your she’s then your feet were black from dirt . Toilet paper holder was missing. It was really clean.Our first stay at this place was clean. I don’t know if the home owner even knew about this because he thought someone had came and fixed the microwave . He seemed like a really nice guy.

Great location, close to everything.

Beautiful home, very clean and comfortable. Exactly like posting. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Could use more towels since there were four adult women staying but we managed.

The home was perfect for our stay and clean. The reason I only gave 4 stars was because there were several things missing that are normally provided, which I either ended up purchasing from Walmart or did without. No blankets on twin beds, only pillow shams on pillows, no pillow cases, no shower liners in either shower, no dishcloth, dishtowel or hand soap in kitchen, no dishwasher detergent, no laundry soap and unable to locate a garage door opener. Very short and steep driveway. I would still stay here again if in the area.

Really nice house and a nice neighborhood. The beds are real comfortable. The house is real clean and real nice. Would stay here again.

We came for a tournament in Cullman and this house exceeded our expectations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were excellent, nicely furnished and clean. Great for family visit!

My family and I stayed here and we were beyond pleased with the home along with the location and neighborhood. Everything was clean and organized and it had everything we needed.
