Comfort and Privacy in Waldport’s Sandpiper Neighborhood!

Kitchen was decent. House was decent as well. There wasn’t any kindling to start the fireplace, or a hatchet to split our own. The fire pit on the back porch wasn’t working, and the arm of one of the chairs is broken. There was also a faint stain on the rug in the living room, and the comforter in the big bedroom had what looked like burn marks on the top. Regardless, me and my friends had a really great weekend and enjoyed being at the house. Will come back!

Lovely home with very close access to the beach. Kitchen was well provisioned. The window nook was so cozy.

Clean, cute, short walk to the beach!

The place was clean & overall comfortable. We were unable to use the fire pit which was disappointing, although some attempt was made to fix it. There are some housekeeping issues & a bit of TLC to a few areas would make it that much better.

Well played out floor plan, well stocked kitchen, short walk to a very nice uncrowded beach. TV remote wasn’t working but someone came the next day and fixed it so no complaints there! Very enjoyable stay.

Comfortable and clean, cute place to stay. Loved the king sized beds and proximity to the beach. Had the beach all to ourselves when we walked it, felt private. Very quiet house and neighborhood. Kitchen is outdated: stove fan didn’t work and coils were smoky. Sink faucet leaked a little. I asked manager if firewood was provided and they said yes but upon arriving there was no wood. They said it actually wasn’t provided but offered to bring some But never did.. frustrating since we could have brought some from home (for free). Overall a good stay though.

We loved our little house. Two good sized bedroom. Large deck with a fire pit. (Unfortunately there was a burn ban so we couldn’t enjoy it.) No view but we were steps away from the beach access. We were three families spread out in three different houses. Lots of room for eating together. Small galley kitchen and could have used a frying pan. There was an electric frying pan but limited counter space. Overall, we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Well equipped with all we needed for a week long stay. Very comfortable, clean and close to The beach.

Under window seat needs cleaned. There are mouse droppings. Ick. I'm leaving door under seat open with hopes the house cleaning crew gets the hint. Beds were okay. After few days we are stiff and sore. But that could be par for course after few days away from home. Couch is quite uncomfortable, seemed maybe just needs replaced. Not an issue is you plan to be out doing things. Window seat cushions are deceptively not comfortable. They look like should be plush but feels like nothing there. Warning for anyone with allergies, seems all the pillows on window seat are feather filled. Very nice that have a handle next to the step from living room to dining room. No streaming availability that we saw, but we brought movies. Kitchen well stocked. Nice that have shampoo, etc in case you forgot yours. Enjoyed the phone plug next to bed. Plus outlet on floor by rocking chairs if need. Wish had 2 more bath towels. Seems like just one per person. That's my preference though as like to use two. Decor is cute. We didnt use bbq or fire pit. Place seems smaller than expected from pics but not a big deal we had all room we needed. 2 king beds was nice. One is nearly against the wall so if bed sharing that might be a concern.
